Rooms need better sound proofing, AC even when switched off could be heard from adjacent rooms!

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and perfect location for a conference at the Miami convention centre.

No breakfast in this hotel - you can purchase a voucher and walk 2 blocks to cafe on duty. When you arrive, start understanding that voucher limits you with dishes selection. So - better to come and pay by menu.

Excellent location nearby State street and beach. Friendly reception. Comfortable resting zone in the lobby and outside terrasse with free tea and coffee. Bright and clean room with stylish look.

Some of the rooms probably need a bit of updating. They were clean but a wee bit old fashioned. The air conditioning is super loud when it’s on. I was also in room 1121 which was right next to reception so there were a lot of comings and goings outside my door.

The pool was absolutely lovely, and they provided towels at reception. There was a little pool bar that opened every day at midday. There was cold water on tap at the pool so you could refill your bottles. The staff were excellent - specials shout-outs to Carlos and Nicole for being kind/accommodating. The free coffee in the reception was a really nice touch. The beach was great with loungers/pararols and drinks service.

The shower in our room was damaged, as well as some other parts of the room. It could definitely use a revamp. The Wi-fi was not good either, so if you plan to work from the hotel, is not possible.

The location is perfect. Very close to the beach and all the restaurants. You can walk anywhere. The good thing is that is not situated in the busy street so you still have the calm to sleep without any noise.

While I was travelling with colleagues…I had my own room and I was out on building 4…felt a little weary being out of the main building and the outside door of the block 4 was open all the time.

The hotel has basically no Internet. No good for vídeo calls or download. Breakfast is not at the hotels location, and not very healthy (typical food from american diners)

I liked the room. Clean, comfortable and quality facilities all round. As well as all the people working at Pestana. Great location, many restaurants around, close to Lincoln Rd, pharmacies and 7 min walk to the beach.
