A couple of things could be improved to make this an even better experience. First, there was no extra roll of toilet paper. Second, it would have been a nice gesture to have coffee making supplies to go along with the coffee machine.

Fantastic place to stay. Had an amazing time, enjoying the property. Vey quiet, and clean.

The heater in room didn't work, the back door didn't lock, the hair dryer didn't work, we had 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll, and only the trash bag in the trash. So we kept reusing it.

The kitchen and the tub were awesome.

The couch was supposed to pull out to a bed?? No bed!! My daughter who is not a child had to sleep on the couch! We would not have ever booked this room if we knew that! It said sleeps 4?? Where would the 4th person sleeped?

The veiw was beautiful! The jetted tub was nice🙂

The sofa bed was missing a bed so we made my son a bed on the floor using the couch cushions and the comforter from our bed. Had we not brought along his blanket and pillow he would not have had a blanket/pillow either (there was a flat pillow in the couch, probably to give some cushion to the couch…sloped to the back since the bed was missing…not too comfortable to sit in for a long time). Was still quite uncomfortable for him and he did not sleep well (woke me twice in the middle of the night because he was uncomfortable). The king bed is quite hard, so we would not stay there again. We were both quite sore after waking.

This facility was clearly extremely nice when it was built but is now an aging property and has seen it's share of wear, even for being located near the ocean which wears faster. A few upgrades would bring this property closer to it's former glory. It did appear they remodeled the kitchens and added beautiful new cabinets, yet there are power outlets throughout that do not work or are so loose they could be hazardous. The recliner had a power cord which had been cut and then taped back together which is a safety hazard. I always look at bathrooms in rentals and notice that water damage occurs to floors, walls and baseboards especially near the shower/tub and this unit is no different. Commercial settings should use impervious surfaces near water sources such as tile on walls and floors.

The unit was like a complete apartment. Shotgun style with a foyer and desk near the entrance, separate bedroom, then a full kitchen complete with dining table, and cookware/tableware, then the living room which included a reclining massage chair and a comfortable couch. The living room has a large flat panel with TV service and a gas fireplace. Finally you get to the back door which has a balcony but not before you reach the heart shaped jetted tub which was perfect for my wife and I to relax in it together.

The jacuzzi tub was cold and the water level was barely above the jets. Also, there was construction going on in the room above us and we were on our honeymoon so it was kind of a bummer.

The hot tub door flap was wide open with screws sticking out. Looks like they were fixing something and left the door open. Thankfully my son knew not to touch it. Not sure if the upper units have a view but I wish I knew what exact home was being rented for there was no view of the ocean, just shrubs. The smoke detectors were all taken out, wires exposed. Customer service via Booking.com would not answer my question(2x), had to call to get my answer.

The ambiance is beautiful, location was close to beach, the full kitchen for us to cook and enjoy family dinner, the hot tub in the main living area(awesome), the robes, the bed was comfortable, the easy and contactless way of checking in and out, all the resturants information in one folder, several games provided for family fun, the outdoor chairs for bird watching and listening, the washing machine and dryer and the beach towels. Price was good considering peak season.

There is no AC so during the bulk of the day the unit gets very hot and stuffy. Also there was a power outage which lasted several hours which made it impossible to remain inside without at least the ceiling fans going.

The layout and size is perfect and the full kitchen and laundry is a huge bonus.

Not enough hot water to fill jacuzzi. Had to fill till water till it went cold then wait 30-40 min to fill rest of the way. Unfortunately we already put our bath bombs in on the first attempt and by the time we got it filled it was so late we were too tired to enjoy.

The property seemed to be under construction. That was a little off-putting but it didn't hamper our trip one bit. The TV was a smart TV but it didn't work like a newer TV you see in hotels.

I love the layout of the space. The hot tube in the family room/ Den was outta this world. Would definitely book this location again.

This is our third visit to Judith Ann. No bathrobes this trip, was a nice touch previous visits. Minor maintenance things, I.e., no micro lites, we replaced one. Happy to do so, like it as a nite light.

the pullout couch/bed needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable and for a third party having to use this bed did not meet our standards. This piece of furniture has definitely seen its days and needs to be replaced ASAP. There was not enough condiments for the coffee-no powdered cream, barely any sugar. The lock for the front door needs to be replaced. No instructions on how to use the key code when leaving the unit. Time to enter the unit and leave the unit took up to 5-10 minutes because we could not get the door to lock.
