Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There were a few issues with technology,which was at a very baxic level.
We chose it because of its proximity to the oocean. We had diffidculty changing dates because of a flight change. Booking.com was not helpful, but we were very impressed with the gracious support of all of the LATour Group staff.

Termites in the room made it difficult to use the stove top as the ‘mess’ was constantly dropping onto the cooking surface.
The location was great. The room was clean and well equipped. The pool area was wonderful.

Room was aging a tad. Furnitiure was starting to be a bit worn, but still acceptable. Room was clean.
Our specific room had a fantastic location - ground floor, ocean front. Waves crashing a hundred feet from our door! Doesn't get any better.

The appartments are old and there was work being done while we were there. The late check in was a major inconvenience with no access till after 4:00pm.
Great location with easy walk to shops and restaurants. Good views and staff were helpful.

The showing of age of the resort. Some areas and rooms need a remodel. Also the way the elevator is setup is strange, you use it to get between floors, but still have to go up or down stairs to access a floor of rooms.
The property is showing some age, but the location and views are top notch. This is our 2nd time staying here and would stay again primarily for those reasons. The resort has typically been a good value as well.

new tap in kitchen . handrail in bath tube (i am 77). also needs new none slip in bath tube.
Pool and view were lovely always a lounger. no saving. Condo was nice .

Our room was facing away from the ocean so not much light. Everything was very dated. Tvs didnt want to come on very often and the elecrical outlet in the bathroom had a corroded wire so it blew up my hair dryer. The maintenance guy came with in a couple hours and fixed it but the damage was already done. I was not offered any fix for ruining my hair dryer which was surprising.
The location was great. We could just walk to downtown. Price was doable. They had a nice pool that felt like a little community because of all of the people that live there. Very friendly and they blew Conch shells at sunset. Right by a little beach and some good tidepools. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchen.

Nothing. Just that Honls isn’t great for swimming
We had B7 by the beach . It was perfect in every single ways . Sleeping with the sound of the waves. My son surfs so Honls is perfect. We booked it through a private agency in the end, not via booking

The patio needs more comfortable furniture and an umbrella on the table for some shade. The patio is quite small and you get blown by warm air from the air conditioning unit unless you move to the far end. The condo was very clean but had a strong smell of whatever cleaning agents are used on a regular basis.
The condo was very well equipped and clean. My wife and I do not like ground floor condos but this one had a beautiful view. The condo had everything we needed. The parking garage is great and convenient. The pool area is very nice. We did not use the BBQ facilities but they looked very nice. The air conditioning was needed and worked very well for sleeping and general comfort.

The White Sands beach was 3 miles away and NOT 70 metres as advertised on the booking site! We did not have a car and chose this accommodation because of supposed proximity to beach. So that was very disappointing. Staff were very unhelpful when we pointed out the discrepancy, and said it was Booking.coms error, even when I pointed the information about location and facilities must have come from them!! The very small beach near the apartment had a rough sleepers camp set up at one end. Not a pleasant place to be.

Room was clean, but rundown. On a scale of 1-10 we would only give it a 5 due to overly worn furniture, wornout kitchen dishware, accessories, materials and small appliances. The owner of this unit really needs to invest in updating and replacing worn goods in the unit to assure renter comfort. Room B35 needs uodating.
Nice view of the ocean and park. Convenient walking distance to downtown shops and dining. Nicely lit grounds at night. Clean and well-kept bbq area. Mellow vibe.

Great location, easy walking to town. Beautiful sunsets from our beachfront lanai. Comfortable beds and well equipped unit. Easy to explore the island from here.

Bedroom was really dark and depressing,

The location was great, close to walking downtown or to a beach. The air conditioning in all rooms was great. It felt clean and it was very comfortable. I would absolutely go back to this place.

Location was great. Parking was not a problem and included in the price. Best thing was the washer and dryer in the suite, which also had a large sofa bed. The unit came with a large bedroom, bed, and large closet.
