For some reason the morning coffee is cut off at 8:00 AM I have never been to a hotel that does that . 10:00 AM is the usual cut off very unusual that was the only reason for not getting full exceptional stars

The menu items are a bit pricey but they offer happy hour in the evenings.

We loved our stay here. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. The property is quiet in the evening. The rooms are comfortable. There were days we never left the hotel. We enjoyed the pool and the on site restaurants. They offered live music in the evening. When you want to leave to go explore downtown, the shuttle runs every hour and is on time.

I liked everything!

Wonderful place to stay! The staff is amazing. From the front desk to the concierge! They made you feel extra special at every turn. The free shuttle was one of the best parts of our stay! We saved so much money by not using Uber or Lyft. Greg was great! He was like having a personal tour guide. Kim was also great! One of my favs was Jerome (AKA: Jamie). Super helpful and friendly! I cannot say enough good things about this place. I am BIG into reviews, and if you are too, trust me. You don’t want to miss out on this place.

Some of the outside guests at the pool is really the only complaint.

Very clean facility, staff all around was amazing. All the food we had was great, beautiful view of the marina which has excursions for all people.

Hotel looks new. Room was large with a nice balcony. Smallish hotel. Beautiful marina. Lots of activities leaving from the docks at the marina. Free shuttle to downtown. Concierge was very helpful.

We didn't care for Matt's the food was ok and a little too much for what they offered. We got biscuits and gravy one morning - it was (1) biscuit lots of gravy and the egg was on top for a whopping $16 - not our style and not worth the money.

The staff was very friendly. We were greeted by Sarah and Emily who made us feel right at home and offered us a little something extra for celebrating our anniversary. We were very surprised and loved feeling so spoiled. Emily went above and beyond to make our stay feel like we were the only ones on the property. We saw her most and every time she greeted us with a smile, hello, and a small conversation that made us feel something other than just guests at a hotel. She really did an amazing job! We also liked the location of the resort, it was far enough away from the main key west city, but close enough when we wanted to get into the party scene by just a short car ride or they provided a shuttle.

We loved the location and the view of the Marina from our room. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The pools were very relaxing and the room was wonderful!

The loud nonstop music by the pool, the location was too remote from Key West, the cost (+$600 for the night and $300 in extras for a light snack and breakfast in the morning)

There was nothing to dislike! I need to use this space to mention how nice everyone was! Katrina the very friendly and adequate receptionist (though Joseph as well), the chauffeur Kim of the free shuttle ride to and from Key West, and last but not least the fabulous yoga instructor John who paid attention to us and helped us with our stance instead of just doing the poses himself.

I have three criteria: the shower/bathroom, the bed and the staff/reception welcome. All of them were fabulous at the Hotel and Marina Perry.
