My only issue with this resort is water sports ie snorkeling paddle boards are not included.

We had such a lovely time we extended or stay an extra day. This property is very family friendly. Pool area was very comfortable and spacious. A lot of lounge chairs with shade. Beach was small but very nice. We ate at the restaurant and pool side bar. Food was very good. Amazing sunset views.

Easy to find and when you get inside you realize you are in another world. Beautiful and tropical and the resort is really a resort. Beautiful beaches and the room was nice. More than what I expected

Its not cheap. Only issue with staff was a rude older woman at the Grill restaurant Thursday morning. She was the hostess and told us not to expect fast service as soon as she saw us. When we waited for a while after we ate to leave my wife simply asked her, "are we good to go? Did you get our room number?" She yelled out loud, "where do you think you can go and not pay?" Then yelled to the waiter that we were going to leave without paying. Does not ruin the trip but not all should be in the hospitality business.

We went here for our 34th wedding anniversary. You never have to leave the resort unless you want too. Its a small beach but all beaches are small on the keys. Large property with plenty to do. Water sports activities right on location. Lunch at the pool with a pina colada is what relaxing is all about.

Security was lapse. We witnessed people coming g into the hotel, picking up beach towels from the hut and using the facilities. Not right when the rest of us pay for this facility. Bathroom was dated.

The restaurant was amazing. Such good food for dinner and breakfast. We had been in USA for a week and this was definitely the best food we had by far.

One bathroom hook?! It was laughable. We were a family of 4 with 4 shower towels and wet swimwear with nowhere to hang it every day. Please install 4+ hooks!

Gorgeous beachfront layout with plenty of pool & beach chairs and lots of clusters of chairs/hammocks for little family gatherings. Especially lovely at night/sunset, with the strung lights and gas lamps and firepits! Kind & helpful staff! Had a stellar massage at the spa! In-room coffeemaker was appreciated! Food at Gus’ was good to great—lobster bisque & conch fritters were dreamy! Thank you for the kids menu for our picky eater! And basketball & volleyball for the kids. Bar service at pool was also fabulous! We loved our stay!!

The room was very generic and not well decorated.

Beautiful property with it's own little beach. My kids loved the pool and my husband and I enjoyed lounging underneath tiki umbrellas overlooking the water. The tiki bar cafe next to the pool had very good and moderately priced food options and a decent kids menu. There were also 2 more restaurants on site. There was a water-sports rental booth on site with jet ski, kayak and pedal board rentals but unfortunately it was closed due to a storm coming in.

Room needs some updating. Some furniture had rips; tub drain was rusted; not stocked well in kitchen. Items left in cabinets from previous guests. Not cleaned every night.

A nice touch would be separate menus for food service areas.

Our room was clean, large with a spectacular view. The beach area was clean as well with an abundance of seating. Pool area and pool bar are approachable with quick friendly service including food service.
