To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of Americathe reception staff were NOT helpful at all…. my booking was with complementary breakfast for 6 nights, but on Sunday morning the breakfast room was closed without any prior notice and nothing was inside the breakfast room… upon enquiring from reception they said that the staff who manage breakfast is absent today and he cant do much… as he don’t know much about breakfast… that was really turn off for me… they do not have any printing facility available at site and not willing to help if a customer wanted to print a single page in urgency the laundry room is operational but the detergent dispenser is not… upon asking from reception they said they don’t know the status of laundry room and they don’t know if detergent dispenser is working of not… they are simply not taking any ownership of any facilities they are offering… the AC in the room is so loud and noisy… trips every then and now… with lot of sound… maintenance issues… periodic maintenance are not being carried out….

United States of AmericaUpon arrival it was cold outside, about 5 pm.. this location still has the lobby closed with an old June 2020 letter about COVID. In fact that same day of our stay all masking mandates were dropped. The guy in front of me was irritated as he had already been waiting for 10 minutes and together we waited another 10. The desk guy was not friendly, in the window must have been 5 different pages of rules. Like no room to room phone calls.. really? Extra room key, $1. Then after finally signing the paperwork, still very slow, he wanted $25 cash for a deposit for the non smoking room. I had $10 cash and he accepted that. The room was drab, not dirty but not clean. Guess the previous non smoking deposit wasn't enough to keep because our blanket and bedspread had cigarette burns. The room felt very dated like they really aren't interested in maintenance and updates. TV remote barely worked. When we checked out we had to wait for a room inspection to get our $10 back.. this time it was raining and cold, awesome.. Really felt like whatever bad experiences they've ever had with other guests they assume everyone is bad and treat you as such from first contact. Place is ready to be long term rental and not a daily motel, dump city.
Easy on off to I85. Sorry nothing else to put in the good column.

United States of AmericaThere was no continental breakfast as advertised , also the room was very dirty, we had to buy our own cleaning supplies and clean everything, the bathroom, floors, surfaces and it smelled like stale smoke so we febreezed everything and then it was livable, the bed was actually pretty comfortable, there were loud neighbors some of the time, we would not stay there again but we made the best of it and ended up enjoying our time but we spent most of it away from the hotel.
The location was decent in that was close to the airport and there’s a store right next door and the bed was pretty comfortable
