The door/walls are so thin. We could hear other guests in the hallway until late night.

Bed could of been a little more comfortable. For a one night stay of $150+ I’d like a little more comfort there. Setting up wifi was a little wonky (said connection failed but it didn’t), but we got it figured out. Took my youngest swimming and once we got to pool found that there were no more towels. Asked front desk for some, which we were told they’d bring more out. Got in pool and waited around for them to bring more out, which they never did. All they did was take the old wet ones away. Had my fiancée go up and ask about getting one, which in turn she got told they needed to wash the other ones before any others could be set out. Needless to say I just gave my daughter my shirt so she didn’t freeze before heading back to our room dripping wet. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special.

Very easy to get to in a strip mall with many different food places to grab a bite so we didn’t need to drive away from the hotel. Got a king bed suite and it was HUGE compared to similar rooms we’ve gotten (in the same weekend) from other Best Western locations.

No towels or toilet paper in pool area

Breakfast items lukewarm. Only 1 check in clerk at 3pm. Long line. Someone should have come and helped her so we everyone in line could have enjoyed their stay quicker.

The pillows were lumpy, but there were lots of them, so I was able to make it work. New pillows would be a good investment.

It was clean, comfortable, and quiet! The location was great because I could easily get on and off I-69.

The pillows were like bags full of dryer lint, and were way too small. The traffic movement around the site was a little frenetic due to close by businesses.

Location quickly off interstate was helpful. Staff was very friendly, handicapped parking was optimum and close to the door. Hot breakfast was good. Hotel starting to show some age but looked well kept.

We had a handicapped room very spacious and loved the roll in shower but the seat in the shower was wider than the shower curtain and was hard to keep water down the drain so it went on the floor.

Location was great. Everything was clean, comfortable.Had a pool but didn't bring a suit so couldn't use. Friendly staff.

Beds are really hard. Stayed two nights in two different rooms due to a scheduling error on my part. Both rooms had hard beds.

Good location, located by plenty of places to get some food or drink. Staff was nice in our limited interactions. Breakfast wasn't bad.

The property is an older property (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing) that shows it’s age but has been attempted to look modern with a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast was pretty cold but again it’s what I would expect from a free hotel breakfast.

Best value per night for the area, the hotel is only a few minutes from downtown attractions and restraunts. The location of this BW is very peaceful and quiet.

Pillows simply said cheap old and hurt!!!!!!!

Everything but the pillows they were way to old and way to used to even be considered put back in a room other then that 100% best hotel stayed at in awhile.

It was fine. Location offers lots of dining options within walking distance. Medical park was a nice place to walk my dog after hours.
