The bathroom door should have a latch No view from the room not even the sky. More veg options in the breakfast would have been appreciated

Everything’s seem nice until I notice they didn’t properly cleaned the bathroom, I completely understand there so many rooms to keep up with but it was disgusting to see stains from previous guest . The sink was also clogged up I noticed this after I washed my hands

The hotel was close to the airport so it was convenient for me to book this room , I got the king suite and it was very spacious. Had a mini fridge and a microwave plus a coffee machine . It also had a sofa bed which was nice to know

Always love staying here when I go to Disney, it’s close enough to drive to and price is always of good value

The breakfast was a joke to any other La Quinta we visited. They only had to make their own waffles or cereal most days. On rare occasions they had eggs and hash browns. We asked about lack of food, the worker said they were also displeased because they didn't order the correct amount of ingredients. That was the explanation on day 1 to 2 and 4 to 5. They workers with the exception of one front worker and the cleaners looked like they didn't want to be there at all. One worker must have been having the worst day because she was snarky at all questions whether it was us or other guests.

The location was not too far or close to the places we wanted to visit. We could enjoy the scenery without having to drive too far.

The room could've been a little cleaner there was crumbs on the floor and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been detailed. (Soap tray was dirty)

Breakfast was great! Many options for the whole family. Location was close to our destinations. The accessibility in one of the rooms was great for our family members. The fridge in our room was not working but the maintenance man took care of it as soon as we called front desk.

Had to change rooms 3 times. 1st because it was not the room I had booked, second because the hinge was not attached to the door and it would not shut to the main hallways. 3rd room was decent, but the bed was well worn and I felt like I was rolling to the middle all night.

Already damaged furniture, bathtub was slippery-no grip to hold onto. I almost fell when i took a shower and my partner actually fell and chipped his toenail as he was catching his balance on the side of the tub.

The front desk staff was terrible, the worse customer service I’ve ever seen. They should be ashamed of themselves. They all had such a horrible attitude. Sunday morning someone came and told front desk someone had broke into his car and she literally said “so, did you call the police? What do you want me to do. We’re not responsible for anything did you not read the paper? No empathy what so ever. The towels were old and and dirty. The comforter also had some black stains. I went down to front desk and ask for a set of towels, she gives me 2. The pool area was a bit dirty, we asked for some towels in the pool because the 2 that were there were dirty, we were there for 45 minutes and the towels never came. The bathroom next to the pool was so dirty and smelly you would think it was a public bathroom at a beach. Breakfast was ok. I guess you pay for what you get, and for a facility that says they’re smoke free the rooms really reeked of cigarette. I will say housekeeping staff was friendly.
