Room was not clean. TV was broken. Property has no elevator for second floor. Drug use in parking lot.

Breakfast had no eggs or sausage. Did have muffins and waffles.

Breakfast had very few options, none very good. The woman at the front desk did not seem very happy to help me. I asked if we could get a room on the first floor instead of the second (no elevator), and was told nothing was available. It was obvious that there were many vacant rooms on the ground level. When I asked the next morning if I could give her a Wyndham rewards number to get credit for our stay, she basically said "no'. When I persisted she told my that my name was on the booking and our rewards account was in my wife's name (who also was a guest), and we could not get credit. Eventually she begrudgingly entered the member number. Then she added that since I booked though a third party, that I was not entitle to rewards points anyway.

Room was exceptionally dirty, crusted dirt all over the carpeting, weird stains on the bathtub, sheets and towels were stained, room smelled of cigarette smoke although it was non-smoking, bed was uncomfortable. For some reason there was an ironing board without a cover in the corner. One positive was the strong water pressure. Shouldn’t have expected much for the price but this was comically bad.

We didn’t like that everything in the room was visibly dirty or felt dirty. There were stains on all of the furniture, half the light switches didn’t work, the shower was so filthy and grimy looking that we didn’t even use it. The room had an odd aroma about it, most likely the carpet.

The only thing we liked about the property was the location.

bed frame kept dropping the box springs, long nasty sticky stain or something on the skirting and comforter. bath tub felt like you were going to fall thru.

Tub floor “buckles. Water valves don’t adjust smoothly — ice cold or scalding hot. Old and run-down feel throughout. Not even a blanket or bead spread on bed.

Room was really dirty. Bathroom was not very clean and toilet was not clean and had stains. Carpet was disgusting and dirty. Had to walk with socks on. Room was very outdated and chair to sit on was very soiled. Breakfast at the lobby was terrible. Not much to eat and not very much sitting for people to eat. Worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. 👎🏻

Room was small, there was only one available electrical outlet. The high price on the first night ($250+) was grossly out of proportion for the low quality of the room.

Free breakfast and WiFi was nice. I was glad to be able to bring my dog to the room.

Just the room service. The cleaning of the room.

I stayed for five days and never received main service even though I requested it twice. I had to go get towels and garbage bags myself from the front desk. The tub shower drained very slowly. Someone did come on the last day I was there, but what is also reported the first night ice date. Night staff was very pleasant and accommodating. There were people sleeping outside my room in their car with barking dogs.

The room we received was filthy, missing towels, and such. also being the same type room we booked the last time we stayed this one was not as large nor as nice . Many things broke and damaged . Broken stairs and tons of construction going on at 6 am .

The staff was nice but the room we received the second time we stayed was night and day .

The fist room was dirty. With stains on the bedding. Black hand prints in the shower as well as red and black mold. The location pictures are deceiving. It in an industrial area across from a high school.

Nothing, I couldn't cancel for fear of losing my money.
