Even the furnitures and facilities are a bit old, is a very clean place. Good and confortable.

Price and leaking shower.

Birthday trip, expensive for room and drinks, would have been cheaper at a store, but it was pouring down rain, hard for me to get in and out of my vehicle, disabled. Staff very friendly, respectful. Rooms were clean and they did provide what I asked for although the shower was hard to turn on and even harder to turn off so constant flow all day and night (needed maintenance). For the most part was good.

Woken up at 1am by another guest standing in the hallway yelling at others Desk clerk said there was a side door I could come through but it was an emergency exit.

I wish hotels had a more interesting breakfast. Eggs and sausage are bland and flavorless. Wish you offered Chalula or Valentina hot sauce instead of Tabasco

When we walked into the room the cover for the A/C unit was on the ground. You could tell they had tried to fix it but it had fallen off again. I tried to put it back on myself and it just came off again. I did let the front desk know about it so they wouldn’t try to charge me for it.

The location was great and the lake views were great too.

The hotel is in dire need of some repair. There are scuff marks on the walls from where folks have rubbed the luggage carts and so the paint is missing. Now this was not a bother but in our room, the edge on the wall was torn off. The bathrooms are very nice and on Sunday the day we left, the hotel smelled musty.

The convenience of the hotel to an off and on ramp. Also the breakfast was really good as well. Very well stocked for breakfast. Normal eats for a free breakfast. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. I liked that they had an ATM located at the hotel. The beds were comfortable and The room was clean when we arrived.

-Serious safety, sanitary and quality of life issue are raised whenever homeless folks enter the property, pulling a huge shopping cart full of trash bags with them or are allowed to put up camp in the area and right across the street. That is concerning because this is potentially an escalating, unsafe situation for guests and employees - on several levels. -The menu and the quality of the included breakfast could be improved a lot: It could be as simple as replacing the processed foods currently being used with better quality food and food brands. -The Wi-Fi internet connection is clunky. It drops off often - before the clock runs out.

From the very first time I checked-in, the manager Amanda Perez, as well as the staff (breakfast, cleaning and front desk) went above and beyond in making my stay as comfortable and as stress-free as possible. They provided good information and tips to make my stay even better. Any requests I had was addressed effectively and very quickly. Everyone has been really helpful. -Every half hour or so, there's a bus - #46- that stops right in front of the property at a designated spot. It goes directly to downtown Ft Worth central station in about 35-40mn. -The location of the property is beautiful, the building exterior as well as the lobby look pretty good although the interior elevator might need a touch up. The bedrooms suites and common areas are well-maintained. -There's a shopping center about 2 minutes away. The property is just as close to the higheway but also a little bit secluded.

They don't do room service. I have to go all the way downstairs to pick up my own towels and stuff I need. The Wi-Fi is extremely terrible here. The first night I couldn't get any service from my room on the 3rd floor. There is no USB port plug in my room only downstairs in the business center. I didn't have my wall plug which is my fault for not bringing it with me.

The breakfast and comfortable room. The beds were more of a king sized than twin size bed, so that was a big plus for our money! The bathroom was nice and the staff was great.

Sometimes I wonder what to expect when I go for budget accommodations, but happy to say that we had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were friendly, the room was a nice size, clean, and the breakfast was great. I would happily stay here again.

There is only one elevator located central in the building that is a little noisy and makes you question its reliability. At times the noise from other rooms carries over.

It was convenient to restaurants, local shopping and close to the freeway. The beds are comfortable, the free wifi is helpful to complete business. The breakfast is a nice perk in the morning to start a day.

Staff could not pronounce my name right even after 3 attempts. Bathroom was needing a good cleaning, the one elevator made large banging sounds, and the nighttime staff was doing makeup and picking teeth at the front desk. Not professional.

The bed was comfortable and the coffee in the lobby was good.
