It was last min n my baby was restless n so was i. If I had the time n energy. I would have found some where else.

Room appears to be clean my son sheets had red stuff on them. The room had water leaks thur out the whole room. The tissue was wet from the leak

They shouldnt say they have hot breakfast when the only thing hot that they do have is coffee and toast you have to heat up yourself .. they should maybe consider hotter breakfast

Beds were uncomfortable, I was leaning on one side of the bed because the other side was broken on both beds & I also cut my foot because it was a something poking out from the bed, not sure what it was and also the room smelled like smoke when I got in there very unprofessional.

Don’t stay here, in my room, the bathroom door was hanging on by 1 hinge, you could tell someone had busted down the door bc there were screws holding down the front door panel, the external door lock had been repaired a few times. I didn’t have any of the items usually found in hotel rooms, like Kleenex, cups, ice bucket. They were also doing repairs to the outer parts of the building, like spray painting doors, fixing the railing. I was woken up to the sounds of maintenance men grinding stuff at 7am on a Sunday morning. I even scooted a chair in front of my door bc I felt I needed an extra laying of protection. I wouldn’t dare leave the hotel room at night. So much foot traffic roaming around.

We didn't set an alarm but was woken up at 5:30 by guest passing by talking loud and music playing. The toilet didn't flush correctly. I got the room expecting breakfast from 6 to 9 went for breakfast at 8:10 and there was only cornflakes. Was expecting hot breakfast.

The room was supper clean and didn't smell bad. When we walked in the light was on and it was a comfortable temperature.

The bed mattress was horrible. It had deep dent in the mattress on both sides where you had to sleep. The bed bottom had pieces of iron sticking out. If you did not watch, you would have hit your leg on it. The wall was fithy. It also didn't have a refrigerator or coffee pot. The plate in the microwave was not the correct one. When you ask the employee something instead of them getting off of personal phone calls, they continue to talk on the phone. I have stayed at several of the La Quinta, and this one was horrible. It makes me not want to stay at any of your hotels anymore.

Tiles missing in bathroom, shower got water on floor, mold around venting bathroom. No way to get extra pillows.

It was cleaner than last place we stayed but there was tiles missing and the shower head was in a awkward place. Bed was comfortable but asked for extra pillow and was told they couldn't do that. Breakfast was ok but I've never been to a laquita that d I don't have waffles so daughter was not happy.

Two homeless people were arguing outside my room at 2am. The breakfast was 12 muffins, toast, yogurt, Cherish and Raisin brand. cereal.

When I walked into my room, it looked ran down. The closest doors was kind of hanging and there was all kinds of old sauce or liquids on the doors and walls.

The area is blighted, with a boarded up building adjacent to it and rubbish piled up in areas near the side of the property. There were random individuals milling around the back of the building and by the dumpster near where I parked. Perhaps they were residents, or homeless, or workers on a break at 8PM on a Sunday evening when I arrived. The lobby was shabby and I could tell the breakfast area wasn't going to be serving much, if anything. The customer service from the one individual behind the counter was minimal. I have stayed in La Quintas over 30 years in various cities, though less frequently in recent years. This one is by far the most disappointing. The door to my room has seen better days - the room-side face of the door was highly scarred from some previous dramas. The bathroom door was in worse shape - it was detached from the frame on one of its hinges and couldn't be closed. The bed was decidedly "lumpy."

The AC unit worked great and made the room frigid. The digital readout was in Celsius, and read 20 (68F) when I arrived. I prefer a non-frigid temperature, so I turned it up between 22-23C during the night. There was a small-medium size refrigerator with the exposed freezer section at top. It kept my water chilled. Either I was in luck that night, or it's the norm, or I was too tired to remember, but the noise level from outside the room was fairly quiet the entire night.

The location was horrible really shady neighborhood and staff they were rude. A lot of illegal activities and random people cam knocking on my hotel door while I was at work and my wife was inside. Really scared and would never recommend this location.

Nothing I didn't like anything about this location it was super horrible.
