You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Breakfast was surprisingly very good. There was a nice selection of hot and cold choices. Eggs, waffles or cereal, bagels and yogurt were available. Fresh brewed coffee was available too.

That they now charge for pets. We have stayed at LaQuita for years with our dog and never had to pay a fee. Maybe look at other hotels

In my room I found 2 small live roaches on the floor, which I killed. And there was mildew/mold on ceiling in shower.
Overall the property was clean inside. Gas station, Cracker Barrel, and Wendy's are in a very short walking distance. Bed was very comfortable.

None of the hotels we used on this trip had a grab bar in the shower tub so that we would have something we could hold on to and get out of the tub when we finished our shower. All of the hotels had a different selection of TV shows. The LaQuinta in Lebanon, TN had the smallest selection. Why is that? Are these individual franchises? The metal platform for the mattress made a sound every time I got in bed. I worried this noise could be heard in the room below. When we stayed in the LaQuinta in Lebanon, TN, there was a noise from the room above that sounded like exercise equipment. Maybe it was the metal bed frame!
The bed was comfortable. Having a luggage cart was very helpful.

Great location off of I-81. Comfortable bed and very clean. I stay in 4 to 5 hotels a year, and I always lay a hand towel on the floor outside of the shower to prevent slipping. More often than not, the towel is filthy when I pick it up, because the floor is dirty. That was not the case at this facility. The floor was very clean. The staff - front desk clerks as well as cleaning staff - were incredibly friendly. We traveled with our dog, and he was very welcome. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The hotel was clean and comfortable enough, but the staff left a bit to be desired. First, I paid for a king room and was assigned a double queen room without any explanation. When I went up to the room and found it was not what I had reserved, I had to go back to the desk and when i informed the young man that he gave me the wrong room, he took my key cards, recharged them with the correct room and handed them back saying here you go. No I'm sorry or why he first gave me the other room, nothing. I work at the front desk of a very large hotel, and I would have treated the customer the way I was treated, it was very off putting.

When I checked out the person at the front desk didn't ask how my stay was or anything like that. There was hair and dirt on the bathroom floor and the space between the tub and the walls seemed to be moldy.

Maintenance. One room I checked into the AC did not work and I had to move after realizing it in one room the phone did not work And the control for the TV did not work. Things are not in working order in each room. I stayed there four nights, and then I return the next week for a night.
