There wasn’t a hairdryer in the bathroom and i didn’t bring one since most hotels have a hair dryer (this is my fault and not the hotels since i didn’t look before leaving). everything was great.

The hot tub was nice and the staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

No issues and nothing we didn't like.

There was plenty of parking available when we arrived, and there were luggage carts available. Check in was very straightforward and all staff we came into contact with were polite and courteous. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed linen and pillows. We liked that there were bedside tables on both sides of the bed (as sometimes there's only one on one side) The bathroom was well stocked with good quality toiletries. Everywhere in the room and hotel communal spaces were cleaned to a very high standard. There were hot and cold choices for breakfast, as well as the usual coffee and juices. The breakfast items were constantly being monitored and restocked when required. There wasn't an on-site restaurant, but there were fast-food options a short walk away, as well as restaurants, including a Cracker Barrel next door. We would stay here again.

Unfortunately the two days I stayed were occupied by a group attending a dog show. Was on third floor- noise level of people and dogs was not very relaxing

The room had a slight odor of mold in it, but we knew they were still doing construction above and around us and due to the hurricane, it takes a long time to rebuild a hotel.

Breakfast was great, the staff at the front desk were so patient and helpful. Full of smiles and told us about the area, which was nice because we had never been. The rooms were brand new rebuild after the hurricane so they were very modern and stylish.

Bathroom too small and not t g e cleanest I have seen. Heated pool would be nice. No smoking but people smoked outside the room by the air conditioning which brought the smell in the room.

Price, was comparable. Accommodating staff, let us check in a little earlier in the day.

Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist. She even organised us fresh coffee when we happened to ask it at our arrival. And gave us room upgrade because the reserved room was not ready yet. Good connection to highways. Clean and quiet room.

I asked for additional pillows as I recently had surgery. I was told there were none to provide as they had a wedding party for the weekend. I asked on Monday and got one. I requested the room be tidied up after the third night of being there and did not service the room. I got fresh towels, toilet paper and took the garbage out myself. Again, my expectation was that this would be a service I would not have to ask for but nevertheless I did and got nothing.

The attention to detail. The overhead light in the entrance to the room didn't work. No biggie but would have helped when you are entering. Also not having daily housekeeping perhaps they could put extra items in rooms that have been reserved for extended stays so you don't have to look for housekeeping and remember what you need. Extra soap, coffee - sugar creamer packets. Extra towels would have been helpful

Breakfast during the week is form 6-9 weekend 7-10 and I didn't make it down to go to it. You only get your room cleaned if you ask - this has been since Covid (I've stayed here before). Having said that it's not big deal to me because it is just me and I just asked for things to be replenished like coffee (remember to ask for the sugar/creamer packet - I forgot ) shampoo, towels, and don't forget to ask for the bags for your trash cans. So this might put people off but I was staying an extended stay visiting my daughter and son-in-law and we like using the pool during my stay and the outdoor Jacuzzi. The price was right and I would stay again for what I need when I'm in that area
