We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I have stayed here before and it was a little better. Now it's loud neighbors playing loud music all day and nights so my comfort was not good.

United StatesNo fridge or microwave!! I couldn't believe it! First time in over 30 years at staying at a nation wide motel chain and no fridge or microwave! Are you kidding me? I didn't even check for those when I booked my room because those are automatic givens but not at this motel. But since I was staying for two nights I decided not to ask for another room. My room wasn't serviced either by 4 the next day. I went to the front desk to ask why and was told they hadn't gotten to it yet and I was asked if I still wanted it serviced and I said no.
My room had a nice t.v. and the bed was nice

The floorboards were loose in the room and I kept getting my foot caught in them...not safe. The floor was dirty so I purchased cleaner and washed the floors. My TV was hanging crooked on the wall. There was a big gap under the door so that light came inside along with some bugs, the mattress was soft and not comfortable. No breakfast was served. I also drink Tea not coffee and no tea was offered, no kettle in the rooms. I think you could do better.

United StatesNo blankets on beds, uncomfortable beds but it's hit or miss some are great and some are just terrible. Lots of people in the parking lots, and cars in and out all the time...
Staff, mainly Emily and the security officer were friendly and helpful. The motel needs A LOT of upkeep and cleaning. Feet will be black if you don't wear socks cuz the floors are so dirty. IF you're lucky you'll have an actual blanket on your bed instead of just a sheet, but this isn't the only motel 6 that will do that apparently. AND no matter what rooms you book, you will only get what rooms they have available. There's no rhyme or reason you just get what you get With that said, this IS the better motel 6 in the south FL area, but there's one by Jacksonville though that these ones can't even come close to.

United StatesI know the area I knew that it was going to be hectic at night. I live in a van and people were watching my van to break into it so I couldn’t rest and sleep because I was watching out for someone breaking into my van and the toilet did not work properly couldn’t flush it down.
Lantana is a nice area to stay in but when you have people that want to walk around and look into peoples car and try to steal, that’s not good. Safety was not there.
