Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff was pleasant and did there job.The room was clean and in order.little if any noise and great location near airport. It also had refrigerator and micro wave which was convienent.

The incident with having to be rushed out and threatened for our security deposit were clean quiet nighttime working individuals who just wanted to sleep in
We loved our room its great for the price the catch is the damn security deposit oh yeah booking doesn't tell u they ask for 150 cash or card we flipped because as I said this isn't listen in the 3rd party app she allowed us to do 100 cash leaving little left for ourselves but what can u do? Everything was great until check out we wanted to stay we found a room on a 3rd party around 68 with tax she demanded to have us pack up first leave the room so she could check it which the point of us staying was we work nights til almost 3 we figured pay again sleep in oh no that was not happening so we didn't see the point in staying we had work at 3pm she called every 5 mins are u out yet are you out yet 😂 we werent packed yet to leave we intended to stay so we needed a few mins then she threatened to keep the deposit 😮shocked we tossed our stuff in random bags I didn't even use the bathroom before I left I was dressed in whatever I still had in reach it was upsetting to say the least she was very nice the night before I have lupus my kidneys had been bothering me so while.my fiance went to.a night class he called to check on me I was asleep she was very patient with him calling every 10 mins until they woke me but man the next day different story its a shame I was comfortable there so if u can handle the worst side of her and u need a clean quiet comfy room for a cheap price I say go for it just remember she may want 150 deposit and if ur staying longer last minute prepare for inspection😂

The mattress in the room was beat up and sunk in in 2 places. The arm chair was filthy and needs replacing. They should invest in air freshener for the smoking rooms.
The place was clean, quit and easily accessible. Many places to eat and shop near by. Nice and friendly staff.

The bed was kinda uncomfortable but still okay to sleep in.
The area felt safe, the staff was nice. Good size flat screen TV. The shower was clean and hot.

Night clerk was not trained enough to be legit alone. Many stays at this motel and he turned us away. Only to 5 minutes later yell down parking lot at use that he made a mistake and we could stay. We were totally embarrassed as costumers at Danny looked on.

Someone was using the back door to smoke marijuana and it made it up to our room. We were the first room off the stairway hall. The hotel isn’t responsible for bad guests but security cameras in the area might deter them from taking advantage.

Carpet was old and dirty, mattress was okay but broken in. Some wash cloths and shower curtain were old and dingy.
There was food nearby. Room was clean and shower was hot.

We were 2 adults and a kid a we needed to squeeze in a full bed. Not even a queen size! TV has only one channel!!! Price was way to high for that room.
It was a stop on our way up to North. So can't really say anything.
