You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was bad. Cold cereal, old donuts and hard boiled eggs were room temperature, with brown yolks. Mine had a black strand of hair on it. The server sat in the kitchen, was on his phone, was not attentive to guests and did not speak English..
Price. Great value for travelers.

United States of AmericaThey are in the process of remodeling (new owners, I think), so the situation is not perfect, but workers and projects were respectful to guests, and it was easy to move around project areas. Shower water pressure not great. Really the location and cost made up for any inconveniences. Hopefully when they are done with upgrades, they'll give everything a really good clean and replace the showerhead.
Location on the river was great -- easy walk around old town and parks. Good parking, nice room for pet, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

United States of AmericaThe lobby looked nice but sort of smelled of urine. The bathroom had hair around the tub. One of the bedspreads had a little blood stain… cleanliness was lacking. The deadbolt didn’t work. There was a soda machine but no snacks… I really wanted a late night candy bar.
The location and price are what drew me to book. The mini fridge worked.

United States of AmericaThe toilet or tub was leaking somewhere, not sure but the bathroom floor between the two had water consistently. The bathroom sink and bathtub drained very very slowly. The housekeepers have failed to deep clean the shower walls and failed to supply coffee for our room but we had the coffee pot.
The bed was thee best thing! Absolutely comfortable. Breakfast was decent and price was great

United States of AmericaFirst off, we wanted to pay cash when we arrived and not use our card, they would not let us pay the way all other hotel do. The hot tub was out of order, and the pool was cold. The attendees put us in a section of the hotel that was pretty rough looking due to renovations. The Hotel was not full at all, so we could have been placed somewhere else. No amenities in the room (no soap, shampoo, conditioner, no kleenex) ran out of toilet paper. Ran out of stuff for breakfast by 7:30, breakfast was to be open till 9.

Our first room was a total mess, I took pictures and went to front desk. The staff was very nice and gave us a much better room. We understand the renovations going on, so overall nice place, can't wait for it to be fully renovated. Should be a beautiful place.
