Didn’t like the fact that it doesn’t have parking although it has public parking which I didn’t mind paying for but having to be worried that we wouldn’t find a parking spot when we return took away from our plans.

Very clean, pleasant staff, nice area. Breakfast was good. Different varieties to choose from. Would visit again but with other type of transportation in the plan.

It took 2 calls to the front desk to get cleaning service and when someone did come, they only brought towels and didn’t clean anything as requested.

Parking garage below was very convenient. Room was clean and spacious.

We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds for 8 people. They provided towels and amenities only for 2 people per room. It seemed like an inconvenience to them, for us to request extra towels, soap, shampoo, pillows, and blankets

The experience at the hotel was awesome and would go back there again. I would have wanted more meat options at breakfast other than pork but I had hard boiled eggs for protein which was good.

I loved the service, and the crew was wonderful and very pleasant. I had the French toast, tea and hard boil eggs. very delicious.

The location is far from the tourist area, but the subway is near.

It was really clean and comfortable. We used the shuttle service to the airport and they were kind because we could lock our luggage until the time of our flight.

Did not pick you up from the Mets game. Internet was getting a upgrade. No service. Did not offer a breakfast bag because my flight was at 6am.

No noise in the room during the night. 7th floor. shuttle to the Mets game. There was a gas station 2 doors down and also a little store right next to it for snacks. Airport pickup.

Paper thin walls where we could easily hear a conversation in the adjacent room. Windows not even slightly sound proof, which made the urban noise sound right on top of you. Thankfully, both sources of external noises quieted down after midnight.

Breakfast was simply fantastic. Hot and comprehensive. Staff extremely attentive. Eating space was clean and well maintained. Wonderful shuttle to the airport.

Everytime we stay at this hotel everything is wonderful from the check-in to checkout, the front desk and all the employees are amazing , the rooms are big and clean with refrigerator and microwave and they clean the rooms everyday , the breakfast is the best we ever had at a hotel and the restaurant has the best Italian food we ever ate, and the airport shuttle is very good , this is the only hotel we stay in Everytime we come to NYC....

The breakfast was good, and the dinner in the Marco Italian Restaurant was fantastic too. I loved my suite, it was a great size, with a kitchen, beautiful views and super clean! The shuttle service was excellent with friendly, helpful drivers as well.
