Everything was pretty good

Room was recently remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and room had two TV's which was nice.

The kitchenette was grimy. The microwave was coated with what appeared to be coffee throughout the interior and smelled of burned, stale coffee. All light switches and power outlets were grimy and dirty. The walls had dirt, scuffs and stains on them. The a/c unit was filthy and looked like it was never cleaned or wiped down. The window didn’t close completely so we got traffic noise constantly. There were always people loitering outside in front of and beside the hotel.

Good location for what we were doing in town. Staff was very friendly. The room was on the third floor facing the parking lot so we could see our vehicle.

Was walking distance from downtown and UNL, and we walked to Memorial Stadium for graduation. I like the included parking and the kitchen with fridge, cooktop, and microwave.

i would have enjoyed using udated kitchenware, but for the most part, it was alright.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating. i had been given a dirty room initially but was moved to a different room that i enjoyed even more than the first one. i'm only a few blocks away from work so i dont even have to drive there. i can longboard!

TVs and TV box (direct TV) were outdated and barely working. Would liked to have been able to screen cast my phone if possible. Hair dryer didn't work. Only one stove worked. Old coffee machine. No tea bags or electric kettle.

Quiet place. They changed the towels and trash everyday. Decent assortment of cooking utensils. Very good free wifi.

Very noisy all night. Hair all over in bathroom. People coming in all night into the early morning...until 4am. TV remotes didn't work well.

If you are going to offer WI-fi as anmenity...it should be password protected.for the security of anyone using that service. The door in my room had vinyl faux wood pieces that were chipped and turning up. It was painful if you foot hit ads I st those .

It's not exceptionally clean. If that is a problem, I just let my girlfriend do it it. It's what she does if that's what she needs to do. There are many cooking smells, if that bothers you, remember that some families live on the property. There are so many places to visit, you won't be in your room very much.

We loved the location if you are on a budget and want an easy accessibility to everything Lincoln, NE. And if you are able to get a suite for an extended stay, it's very comfortable and convenient.

There is no option of food (no on-site bar/grill/breakfast), there are 2 vending machines on main floor (1 for food, 1 for drinks). Lincoln was not busy when we stayed (no events going on), so we had no problem finding a parking spot, which is an attached non-covered lot and the first 3 rows closest to hotel are reserved for its guests, but the rest of the lot you will get towed b/c the spaces don’t belong to the hotel. It is very close walking distance to about anything on M/N/O streets. The hotel was quiet, clean. The air conditioner cover was broke but the actual air worked great. The shower curtain was ripped few spots on the top but it was all clean, shower pressure was good and water was hot. No pool or hot tub (but we knew this.) Fridge worked and was clean. We didn’t use the other appliances. Bed was very comfortable. You can have animals here but we did not hear any barking. Will stay here again.

It is not as clean as it should be. You can tell that certain areas of the room had been neglected for quite some time. Parts of the refrigerator were broken. appears that it just gets a surface cleaning. Inside of the coffee pot wasn’t clean inside the microwave in the corners wasn’t clean the walls in the bathroom weren’t clean. The vents from the air conditioner on the front were also dirty.

I like to set up of the room with one bed on one side of the room and another bed on the other side of the room each one has its own TV. It had kitchen area also
