Fantastic location right next to everything. Super comfortable with lots of lovely touches (bath robes, plenty of coffee, water and ice, umbrellas etc) excellent value for money, and super comfortable bed. Great TV channels

There was very low water pressure but we managed to shower in the drizzle on the first morning. We found the water pressure was better in the evening.

Loved the room - it's well decorated and cute. We had a balcony to relax on and people-watch. The room was clean and the queen-sized bed was comfy. It's a great value in the off season. We got lucky and found free parking by the pier. It's was a lovely long weekend getaway!

The scent in the hallways.

The location is unbeatable. The little touches, white noise makers and discreet humidifier. Very thoughtful. Fresh coffee is always nearby. The keyless entry is also very convenient.

Rooms are a little poorly soundproofed, so you can hear other guests pretty clear. A little bit complicated are some of the terms you have to accept during the check in procedure. Especially the ones about the cleaning.

Beds were really comfortable, location is in the centre with a lot of possibilities to eat and drink. Rooms were clean and the gas fireplace worked well. The communication was good. During the online check in procedure you have to provide a lot of information. But in the end it worked out.

It would have been even better if the bath towels were larger and if the water in the shower was easier to navigate (it was very sensitive and hard to find the balance between hot and cold). Otherwise, it was great!

The location of Lotus Provincetown is ideal, right in the center of P-town. Our suite was fantastic and spacious. The windows brought in so much light, the white sofa was incredibly comfortable and the fireplace was such a bonus (on a cold rainy March night). The bathrobes were a great touch! We couldn't have asked for more.

No front desk. You ask questions via text, but there can be an hour lag till you get the answer. Guests had trouble with the door and often left it open. Since it was 19 degrees outside, that’s a problem. You can hear every word your neighbor says (or in my case sings)

It was a bit strange not to be welcomed by a human being. We did not see instructions for the sauna or hot tub and had nobody to ask, so we didn’t bother.

Perfect location in the heart of the town. Very comfortable room. BT speaker, coffee pods, bath products and ice cubes came in super handy. The bathrobes were wonderful. Unfortunately did not test the sauna nor the hot tub.

There was only one thing that I could say was a small issue. Upon entering the building there was a very fowel odor in the entry hall which was very strong. Luckily it was only there and did not follow further in to building. I would have liked a bit of light at the side of room with mirror, it was a bit dark, in comparison to how well lit rest of room was.

The room was clean,comfortable,well set up. The shared bathroom was very clean well kept, and maintained. There was a great station set up on my floor with ice,coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. The location could not have been anymore convenient to town, parking and getting around. The staff replied to questions quickly, and accommodated my request.
