The hot tub seemed to have a lot of cleaning solution in it causing dry itchy skin

Breakfast says it's from 6 to 9 the staff never came to refill anything so by 8 there was no hot food left. The walls are thin I heard the person next door snoring loudly and on the other wall I heard their tv

The room appeared clean and neat and plenty of linens. However when I opened the drawer of bedside table had lots of candy and other items left by previous occupants. The main complaint was the container of bean dip that was totally covered with MOLD which meant, this drawer had NOT been opened in days-weeks. I covered the dip and threw it away just to get it out of room. Thank goodness my husband did not see it or the whole town would have heard about it. Just need to train the cleaning staff to be more thorough.

Excellent food. Wide variety of foods. But the BEST was the items to make a great breakfast burrito with chili that was the perfect heat value.

The floor under the bathtub was very creaky.

The breakfast was much better than expected and the staff in the breakfast room was great. They were very friendly and made sure the keep the food and condiments fresh. Really enjoyed the stay, the room was clean and the A/C worked great!

The breakfast is really poor. There was a time when Best Western meant a better than average breakfast but it has gotten to the point that one might as well do a Super-8 in terms of breakfast. One of our breakfasts offered 2 apples as the only fruit available and they were both gone when we decided to get one. The other mornings offered no fruit at all. The breakfast was basically watery eggs and "meat" plus endless carbohydrates. My wife is gluten intolerant so we went elsewhere for breakfast the other mornings. I hate to say it but (at least in this instance) Best Western seems to be doing "value engineering" to maximize profits at the expense of a reasonably good product.

What we liked was it met our expectations. Just a place to come back to after various daily activities. The night host was just wonderful. Very helpful and easy to talk to. The room was fine although the individual AC/heater was noisy and didn't cool the room evenly but nothing new with that system that you find in many hotels. Location is sort of in the middle of nowhere but worked well for the different directions we had to go from day to day.

Was not given a receipt. Was told it would be emailed to me. When I still didn't have a receipt the next day, I called the Hotel and was told there was nothing they could do. I would need to get a copy for Booking.com. Would like to stay again if the receipt issue can be resolved. Have always received a receipt at checkout from the front desk. Even at other BW locations.
