The shared bathroom seems sluggish. Wasn’t sure it would always flush. Could not get the light to come on in laundry room or get washer to start.

This house is so cozy, all the beds are very comfortable, the area is very private and tucked away. It was our second time staying here and was great both times!

The master bedroom could've had a king bed and maybe had an ice maker.

I liked that upon arrival the look of the house. We were given a pincode for the door that worked every time. This place had a spacious living room, kitchen, that was fully stocked and came with complimentary coffee and snacks, and a dining room. We had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms were stocked with clean linen and complimentary soaps, lotion and extra toilet paper. This place also provided board games to play which we had a blast with. The beds were comfy and had clean linen and blankets and extra blankets and towels in the closet. Cleanliness was a10 out of 10 and the location was great. There were restaurants and convenient stores close and the bowling alley was just across the street.

There’s a sign on the dining room table that says it requirement is to leave the house as clean as when we arrived. We paid $100 cleaning fee. I believe in cleaning up after yourself, but don’t prefer to stress about leaving it meticulous after the cleaning fee. 

Good value for the price. Nice location right at the edge of the city. I can tell they modernize the inside recently.

We would have liked to have used the barbecue grill, however it had an out of order sign on the cover - our family loves to grill dinner outside. We couldn't find a can opener or church key opener in the kitchen. High pressure water in the en-suite shower was a challenge.

Equipped with a coffee pot, including ground coffee, filters, creamer, sugar/sweetener, and a selection of tea. Free Wi-fi and television, family games. The home is clean with comfortable beds and nice decore', bathrooms contained soaps, shampoo, and lotions.

Cleaning fee seemed steep for one night (doubled the price of accomodation) - but everything was at such a high standard, our only regret was we couldn't stay longer

The house was wonderful! Very clean and beautiful! Games were provided for the kids, an extra cot, coffee and all the trimmings. Wonderful experience all around! Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Payson! Location was amazing, close to everything!

Bathroom showers need updating. Shower heads are extremely low, bad pressure, and master bath is boiling hot. Master bath shower has a bad seal on the door and leaks everywhere when the water is running down.

I was totally happy. We were in town for a wedding and got lucky this place was still available the day before wedding. Home was very spacious, clean, very cozy. Cant wait to go back!!

Loved the feel of the home. Beds so comfy. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, coffee pot, blender. Plates, glasses, silverware, etc.. was pleasantly surprised. Would highly recommend. I give it a top 10. Will come back again. I didn't want to leave.

The only thing I didn't like was how cold the cabin was when we first got there took about 3 hours to warm it up. Also the numerical lock on the front door needs maintenence took a while for us to get into the cabin.

The cabin was amazing there was a nice pile of firewood on the slide of the house for us to keep us nice and warm, throughput our stay.
