The rooms need big time updating beds broke , all furniture dirty and old and falling apart needs new paint new furniture. They also have a bar outside that's extremely loud and was open till 1:00 right by the bedrooms playing loud music loud people not recommended for children or if you want sleep

It seems to be that people actually just live in this hotel and it's not really the people that you want to be around all the time because they're itching and yelling and smoking who knows what. Not to mention that there are huge and I mean huge actual cockroaches in this hotel that were even dead underneath the bed and would visit me while I was in the bathroom and one even decided to jump down on the counter while I was blow drying my hair. The people that stay there Smoke the old nasty cigarettes out of the garbage, their children are constantly running up and down the hallways knocking on doors running away making noise all time of the day and night. I am a mother of five so I know kids are hard to keep quiet but it's a hotel not a neighborhood so they should not just be running around knocking on people's doors and running away. My room smelled like a zoo. Didn't walk barefoot in it and scrubbed down the shower before used. I did not have that problem in the first time. And I myself could not personally walk to the car alone with the bums walking around the parking lot looking for change, cigarette butts,food, and would just stare you down while walking to your car . So all you can think is great what are they going to do to my room when I'm gone.(thankful nothing happened) I did not like that I had to park my car on the opposite side of where my room was even though I requested a water side view I didn't realize how bad it was or I would have had a room right in front of my car. There is a tiki bar which is cool but just FYI they party like every single night with a DJ or band so if you're going here to sleep don't plan on much of that along with the sound of the neighbors and the children knocking on your door and running away!

We have stayed here before but we were in the 1st building. That one was way nicer. I liked that it was by all kinds of stuff. Easy to get in and pull out. If you're on the water side view of the hotel it's really nice. Tiki bar is a nice thing if that is your scene and there was a pool and a hot tub that was working last time we were here it was not so that would have been a plus but we didn't use it because of the people outside of it smoking.... And not cigarettes

The room was run down. Most lights didn't work. The bed was old and there wasn't any hot water no matter how long you let it run.

The view has always been so nice here. The poolside bar is a plus.

There was a sharp fixture in the shower that could cause injury and harm if touched or scraped against. Lighting in room is poor. Customer service at front desk left much to be desired, from agents not acknowledging you to the same agents talking on their cell phones during the entire interaction. No uniforms for agents, dressed in hoodies and skinny jeans and dirty sneakers. Hallways smell like marijuana and there were several barking dogs. It was close to the venue I was catering at, but the price point for one night was a bit much considering the condition of the property. A refund would be well received.

Water pressure/ mattress/ bed on wheels/ Toilet seat was gross and falling off

The girl at the front desk very polite, helpful, courteous. The first night I wanted a king and the only room available was a handicapped access deluxe king room. Weird that it had no light bulbs in any of the fixtures in the room...what an odd thing for someone to steal. And during cleaning afterwards wouldn't you think housekeeping would have notified maintenance and had them replaced? I only end up with the one bulb she had at the front desk being maintenance never showed up to put some in so i said f-it and dealt with ine light.The bed was terrible, the second night I switched to a deluxe king same deal with the bed it was terrible the toilet didn't want to flush and there was a big hole in the wall between the door and a/c... other than that it was OK, always a nice view with Anchorage Bar attached The Widows Fletcher within walking distance (great restaurant/bar) pricey but worth it. Publix across the street, domino's all within a minutes walk. Usually a great stay with very reasonable rates!

The rug was sticky, you couldn’t walk bare footage, the toilet was about to over flow, did not report, due to spending New Years Eve out with family and resting to leave ASAP. Plus, it stinks

upon going to reserve another day I was told that I was charged $100 fee for smoking in my room because housekeeping found a burn mark on the sheet which was supposed to be on your sheet far from that it was new sheets are white and crisp. this one was brown dingy and has been washed many many times you can tell and a burn mark was there upon putting it on the bed. I don’t even smoke so I get charged $100 fee for smoking in a room. I’m not a smoker and just talking to the front desk. They still didn’t listen to what I have to say. Terrible terrible customer service I will never go back.
