Location near Cassell Coliseum so I could easily walk there and not have to worry about driving and parking at the basketball game I was going to.

No breakfast , room was dated and a tad dingy , had to ask for a cup for the coffee maker with weak coffee , bed not comfortable

The Inn seems a little behind on maintenance, multiple light bulbs were out in the room, a towel rod was off alignment and didn't really work, all minor items that didn't hinder our stay too much, but still probably should be addressed.

The Inn provided a lovely atmosphere with very friendly, helpful staff and convenient location to everything including direct access to parking lot behind building for those traveling with car which is important particularly in an area without a lot of parking.

Only one handicapped parking space. Would have been better to have more. As a result of the parking already full including the one spot, we had to park in the garage across the street.

I tried to stop by midday on Saturday, Nov. 11th, not to check in early, but to leave my car when entering town and taking the VT tour. I waited at the desk. No one came for 30 minutes so I left and called twice, leaving messages. Came back two hours later. No one came in the 20 minutes I remained at the desk. Left another voicemail after that time. Still no call back. Clerk's keys were on the counter but no response at all from the clerk midday. The VERY helpful clerk AFTER 3pm said when he arrived on his shift all 3 voicemails were still on the machine and then he helped me tremendously. Midday staff response was VERY lacking. They were absolutely not staffing the front desk and not responding to any calls.

Afternoon clerk after 3pm on Saturday, Nov. 11th, was WONDERFUL. Helped get me checked in, accommodated parking, changed a light bulb in the room, etc. He could not have been more nice and helpful. HOWEVER, SEE BELOW ABOUT MIDDAY CLERK.

Just observations that did not negatively impact my stay but others might want to know: Walls seem a bit thin regarding sound (I realize this is out of management's control), Another guest was looking for help with parking in the evening and the front desk was not staffed, Cable/TV didn't seem to have upgraded signal service.

Rooms dimly lit , large stain on carpet in living area, pull out sofa mattress was very thin -so much so that I slept on the sofa without using that mattress . Very small fridge in room.

Location and staff cannot be beat! Coffee bar and linens were nice. Bathrooms clean.

The very inflated price for parents weekend. I understand the hotels in the area would like to cash in on these weekends throughout the year but triple or more the price, not so kind. The toiletries can be improved to a brand name of some sort.
