The clerk could not get our keys to work. After a long drive, we had to make 4 trips back downstairs to ask for keys to be recoded, to no avail. He finally locked up and came up to our room to reprogram the lock on the door to get it to work. This was unfortunate for both us and the employee, who was working alone.

Breakfast was okay. Had to take it to our room, so not great.

The Keurig Coffee maker in the room worked once and afterwards didn’t work at all. Disappointing.

Good atmosphere, friendly, very helpful, and accommodating staff. Breakfast was tasty and had variety. The location was ideal. Room size was large and comfortable.

We were there during car week and prices very high everywhere. So not happy about that but not much choice. Made reservations many months ahead. They should move the ice machine to 1st floor instead of third on the other side of our room. Wakes you up in the morning. The breakfast was so so and sweet rolls were not freash.

The price was too high if not all amenities were available. I believe that if all were then the price was reasonable. I wish they had offered pancakes like the online photos showed.

The front desk team was personal, professional, and friendly. We felt very welcome. The breakfast was better than all hotels I have been too. Jewel should be recognized for her great service

The connecting door to room next door was a surprise. I could hear everything next door through that door so didn’t really get to sleep in well. Perhaps you can sound proof for better customer experience

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub/jacuzzi, unfortunately we were informed at check on that it was not available. The staff who checked us in was not friendly at all.

Breakfast was okay. Adding fresh fruit would be a nice touch.

The window latch was broken- window would not lock. I was concern regarding security.

Not having someone come in and at least make the bed. I guess since I was on vacation and paying for the room, I kind of had those expectations that at least they would make the bed.

I like the bed. You melt into the mattress and that is the best sleep I have had in a long time.

Front desk staff does not appear able to answer questions. Front desk staff doesn’t show enthusiasm or interest. Too busy on their cell phones at front desk, or no one at front desk. The young man who checked us in was the only front desk staff who was efficient and helpful. We were put in room 211 right next to the dining area with a flatscreen TV on the shared wall. This was outrageous. No one should be put in that room for the price we paid!! Only one wash cloth in room. Phone was dead! WiFi poor. We we moved to room 314, front desk had no idea where our belongings were on the dolly we had left them on in the morning. And no idea from the previous shift that we had been moved. Thankfully we found our belongings in our new room. I asked the front desk for extra washcloths just in case we didn’t have two in the room and was told housekeeping was gone and they couldn’t get any for us. The phone was dead in this room as well. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE!!!

housekeeping bangs on the door at 9am waking us up. good thing because they would of came in on us if we didn’t yell back at them. again 9:30 bang bang then they open the door without a second for us to respond. good thing I had the top security lock on. while they cleaned the room next door they blasted music and talked extremely loud. if checkout is 12 only come to rooms that have been checked out. both times we’ve been there something weird is happening in the parking lot too. first time someone was spray painting a rv. this time a car was being worked on right in the entrance of the lobby.
