I really enjoyed staying in this lady establishment, I would do it again and again. It was clean, comfortable, and meet all my needs. The view was a great relaxation ambiance. You can tell that she cares and took her time to make sure everything in her unit was great.

Lovely apartment with great views, a very comfortable bed and equipped with everything you might need to cook. Communication with the owner was very easy and she was most helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay once we got used to the humming of the traffic down the road. The area was very convenient with a bus stop nearby and being halfway between Miami beach and downtown. Thank you Mona. We'll gladly come back:)

The parking - getting into the gated garage requires concierge assistance to open - which means stepping out of the car and asking for help. One can certainly park outside in the open lot (not gated) but we preferred to park in the gated one.

Location is very accessible to the beaches and other amenities. Views ate great.

The apartment is beautiful, recently refurbished, and very comfy. It has a fantastic view of the bay. The location is great, close to most attractions and popular areas.

The location was a little further from Miami Beach than expected, but it is on the water and exceptional views of the water. The building seemed a little run down, but it is currently undergoing renovations.

Room was decorated nicely and the bed was extremely comfortable!

There is a very weird smell in the apartment. All of our clothes smell bad. Also it’s less fancy than on the pictures. The mattress is placed on another one so it’s super super soft and pretty uncomfortable. we honestly would book the apartment again, especially not for the price.

The location is nice. It’s great to have a parking spot and it’s easy to get everywhere. The apartment was also clean and the landlord responded very quickly.

The concierge downstairs didn’t speak English so check in process was tedious. The concierge has to let you in to the parking area every time which is not convenient. The building smells like every resident was smoking weed and the neighbouring apartments were sort of sketchy.

The apartment was nicely decorated although the bed was a bit too soft for our liking.
