ice maker didn't work. Area around the motel is in transition, looks like it's going up but like much of portland, there were several tents in the neighborhood around the motel and that could make some people feel unsafe.

My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was refreshed every day. I didn't spend much time there as i was in town for a family event. It was by far the most reasonably priced room i could find in the area where i needed to be and i will stay there again.

The room was small, and the bathroom was very small. There was a plug-in air freshener that smelled worse than what it was trying to hide...no ice and no breakfast, and not really a budget accommodation for the price...

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable...good WIFI, and a fridge and microwave. We were allowed an early check in without a hassle. The train that runs by every 20 minutes or so was very little distraction.

The only problem was late at night : noise from Tri-Met light train, running past midnight; noise from big rigs & large trucks; noise from inconsiderate cars, even with loud music, all playing right in front of your window. You cannot rest properly until after 12.

The room was clean & every device was working properly. Apart from the standard fridge & microwave it contained a toaster ( for bread ) , an electric stove & some essential utensils & a pot for cooking ,in case you need them. There's plenty of lights. The wall heater was very efficient, if noisy. All the drains were open. This is a living space for 2 people.

Office was not open when we left, which not a problem for us. We could have woken up someone if needed. Some facilities, like the battery operated closet light, did not work.

They have a 10am check out. I work late nights and it's already hard to get checked out by a normal 11am or noon check out that most other places have. I wish they would change this.

Very comfortable, clean, affordable space, and great location with easy access to freeway and surrounding areas. I booked the king size suite, which was actually a room with an extended kitchen space with a full working stove/oven, kitchen table, cupboards, and even some dishes, silverware and cookware. It also included dish soap and drying rack, as well as dish towels and pot holders, which I found to be very convenient. It's the little details...

Great accommodations for the price. Room was clean, motel was walking distance to some nice restaurants and a train station, and checking in and out was super easy. Parking wasn't an issue at all. As two young female travelers, we felt pretty safe too, which is a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

The room got pretty hot if the AC wasn’t on. Daylight bulbs in all the lamps make for really unpleasant lighting.

Bathroom did not have a vent fan and the window faced the street, so clearing out the steam had limited options. Room had a plug in air freshener that was a little strong for me - but I took it out of the plug and opened the window for a few minutes and it was fine (I am extremely sensitive to flowery smells).

The only thing I would suggest is to have some outdoor trash cans and a recycling bin. I would have liked to remove more of my own trash and recycle the cans and bottles.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Beds are firm, but I like that. The bathroom is small but functional. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was helpful.

Urban rail line runs right outside the motel...a rumble every 15 minutes during the day...not sure if it went all night, but if it did, it did not wake me...

Certain parts of the room were dirty. Dirty fork in the drawer, spilled brown liquid in the refrigerator, leftover ice cream in the freezer, and empty shampoo bottles in the shower from previous guest.

Fully stocked kitchen with all of the utensils you need if you want to cook. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to metro station.
