There wasn't a refrigerator in the room. Had to ask for 1 to be brought in the room. Didn't have clean towels to replace our dirty towels.

Outdated. Door locking system was just hanging on, sheets and blanket had burn holes from a smoker, smell was a little on the unpleasant side old and musty.

I had booked a "disabilities" room on line. Typically disability rooms are located on the first floor. I even called to verify the room location would be on the first floor. I didn't check in until 9:30 p.m. The gentleman at the desk informed me that he had given my room to someone else, even though the room was paid for and nonrefundable. The shower took some time to warm up and water pressure was low.

The location worked for me and there are restaurants and shopping close by. I was able to park close to the building and the stairwell that took me to the second floor.

The staff was rude in morning when trying to get late check out. Had to get dressed and out of bed just to pay cash for more time. Never had to do that before.

That I made a reservation 2 days ahead & when I arrived, the woman at the front desk wouldn't check me in saying my card was declined. I kept telling her I already paid through Booking.com; even showed her my email confirmation & receipt but she still kept saying my card was declined. I never even gave her my card! I had to be the one to call Booking.com customer service to speak to an agent, who called the motel front desk & straightened things out so I was then able to check in. When I went back to the front desk to continue with check-in, the woman who rudely kept saying my card was declined, wasn't at the front desk; a man was. I think she should've continued my check-in & given me an apology, at the very least, since it was her mistake, but nope, she high tailed it out of there, & I got no apology or anything from anyone. Not very professional or business-like & definitely not a way to earn return guests.

The round shower; there's not much room in it. The remote was taped together & didn't work very well.

It's not the greatest, but it's not bad for the price. It was pretty quiet, & they allow pets so my cat was able to stay with me.

Near checkout time (about 15-20 min before) a staff member knocked but opened the door with their own key before waiting even 10 seconds for me to come to the door. Thankfully I had the chain locked. Pool was unfortunately closed but that's no ones fault.

Things were cleanly and quiet all night. Bed was pretty comfortable and the shower was hot and stayed hot.

The cleaning staff missed a mess in the microwave. The pillows were not all the same - but that worked. Mine was too flat and my significant others' pillow was too fluffy; once we swapped it was great. It's a motel room though and if you go expecting fancy then you'll be disappointed. If you need a cheap room to sleep, it's a great pick close to good food and shopping.

The room was good for the cost. It was inexpensive, and you get what you pay for. We just needed a room with two beds and a place to shower - and that's what we got. Staff was nice and accommodating. There was one small hitch with the room that the cleaning staff missed, but the front desk staff took care of us quickly and were awesome about it.

The shower could have been better. They took to the time to paint the room and put in nice flooring. But the shower was not in the budget. It looks like they ran out of funds and could not install a new shower.

It was what I was expecting for the money that I was paying for a room. I was not expecting much and I did not get much.
