We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

USAI felt the staff was a bit standoffish I felt like anytime I tried to talk to them that I was bothering them I asked for some towels I had to go down two days later and get them myself I needed towels because I had to clean up a flood from the defrosted freezer in my room the air conditioner filter is filthy which tells me that the air is not clean and the room itself was not very clean it was supposed to be no smoking but there were burn holes in my bed and blankets and not by me
There was easy access on and off the highway it was convenient and not too terribly far from work

United States of AmericaThe ac sounded like a leaf blower everytime it kicked on. The tv was messed up. No remote. Broken landline phone in the night stand, peanut shells in the dresser. Black mold on the bathroom wall. You had to raise the toilet seat to shut the bathroom door. One towel in the bathroom. ONE pillow per queen bed, no real comforters, AND, WORST of all I believe I got bit by fleas! I stripped the bed and didn't see any bed bugs, but woke up with bites!

Smelled mold and throat started swellling shut. Girlfriend found black mold all over shower curtain. She cleaned the tub and floor with bleach and asked staff for new curtain. They refused but offered another room. We gathered our stuff for another room and then the returned to tell us that they all had mold so they would refund. It was too late to book anywhere else. We slept in car. Very horrible edxperience.
