You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Other guests were very loud and drunk, falling down in the parking lot, almost damaging my car. 15-20 people in one unit. Police had to be called.

There was a burn hole in the comforter (but no bugs). The floors could use a good cleaning and there was a cobweb or two. Definitely could use some updating.
Super close and convenient to the music festival we were attending. Quiet. Close to restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Not bad for the price, especially given the weekend. Comfortable enough to just have somewhere to shower and lay your head at the end of the night.

The room was not clean at all. Dead flys under the sink. There was a gap under the tub where they did not spray foam. It just was not very clean. Burn holes in the blanket. You get what u pay for n it worked for a place to crash for a few hours.

Needs a lot more cleaning and updating. Floors were dirty, cobwebs on the ceiling, slow drain in the sink and tub. Need more toilet paper and towels. One roll per day, no Kleenex in the room and only a small bar of soap. Microwave needs to be replaced, metal showing from the coating pealing off. I unplugged it so no one would use it.

The man at the front desk in the mornings!!!
There wasn't an extra lock on the main door, so I can feel safe. Then went to take a shower that next morning, and there was NO hot water!!! I called front desk and the man said that nobody else was complaining. So I felt unheard!! I was complaining!!!! Why did someone else have to complain for me to get the hot water issue attenend to?!?! So now if I go back, I know not to get the room 231!!!

Manager very rude and accused dogs of excessive barking and they don't endless someone goes around when she is gone. He has been nasty rude and down right not a people person at all.

when the ac wasn’t on you could hear traffic we had a king room with lots of empty space it would have been nice to have a small couch or love seat didn’t like how tiny the fridge was and it could have been set on a table or something it was just so low on the floor

The shower head really needs to be higher (I was crouching down to have a shower and I’m only 5’ 9”). I also didn’t like how the toilet was right next to it so if my friend was in the shower but I needed to pee I had to hold it. I didn’t like the cigarette burn marks on the sheets.
I liked how close it was to both the music festival I was going to (Inkcarceration 2022) and how close it was to McDonald’s. The room was pretty clean too. Parking was convenient.

Toilet ran continuously to point we turned off supply line. Bed linens (sheets) had dirt and hair on them. Floors were sticky and unswept/dirty (gravel on bare feet). Guests on both sides played loud music and partied til past 1am outside and in their units. This despite asking the front desk to respectfully petition them to take it down a few notches. We had to awaken at 4:30am to continue our travel. (Unfortunately, respect for others no longer exists today) Spreading guests out on the property would help, but I realize is not cost effective with cleaning staff.

Bathroom was kinda gross. Not like filthy, but the walls were damaged and poorly repaired, dingy overall. Shampoo would be nice. No breakfast but there was a tasty and affordable diner nearby.
The main room was nicer than I expected - looked like it was recently updated. Staff was friendly. Good location - near highway, restaurants, grocery store. Good air conditioner, decent bed, slept ok.
