Not a full night sleep. Bed are way to hard to sleep on springs mattress. Toilet way to low to the ground. And the window let's alot of the noise from the freeway in.

The room was ok for a few hrs nap.

The bathtub was quite stained and so was the shower curtain. There was a hole in the wall that you could see daylight. The beds were not comfy. The bathroom door didn’t stay shut.

I asked for a quiet room but the upstairs people had kids running everywhere. Supposedly no pets but barking dog next door along with yelling so i had to get up at 2 am and ask them to be quiet

Old furniture, terrible mattress and pillows. Free breakfast was misrepresented since it was bagels and cereal.

There were no restaurants close ( I had to walk 1/2 mile to an eating facility). No coffee in my room and the coffee at the office was very very strong. That breakfast consisted of bagels, instant hot cereal and cold cereal.

Pricey for a dumpy room. The shower/tub was dirty with bugs. Mold all over the tub. Bed was sooo lumpy and springs kept poking through. Smelly and the towels had hair all over them.

The staff was a little short they could be a little bit friendlier the bed in the room needed to be replaced. Its sunken in the middle uncomfortable I asked for a room on a floor that didn't have many stairs. I have bad knees and I have a hard time walking up and down stairs and they put me on the third floor

The Inn is too close to the Highway and therefore it's a very noisy environment to try to sleep in. Everything was okay.

TV was not setup when we got there and it was hard to figure out how to set it up. We had to figure out how to go to the menu and enter the wifi password and then connect it to the right network. I had to manually enter the SSID too, as the TV could not find the hotel wifi.. pain in the ass.

Clean, everything we needed with microwave and fridge. TV was difficult to setup and was not setup when we got there. Staff was friendly, parking easy, great value. Check in was super fast, room was easy to find. Perfect!

Nothing was bad enough to say I do not like it. I will use this establishment again.

Staff was all great, room could use a deep clean. (top of shower head, box spring cover, cobwebs.) I like that this establishment uses white bedding. Dark bedding makes me think there is something to hide.

Our room the floor was dirty. The add on room should been made better. They just cut into the wall to make a doorway and the just put all different wood seal it up. In the bathroom there was broken tiles so i went and told them so they put it in notes so i don’t get charged for it.

That it had 4 queen beds and it said it had 3 queen beds.

Old building. Didn’t have hangers or iron. Didn’t replace wash cloth. Pool wasn’t open until 10:30 in morning. No cold water or ice available at breakfast counter.

Location was good. Easy to get to and close to where I needed to be. Price was affordable.

The woman at the front desk told my wife to "get out." We had paid for 2 nights, and she said this in a very rude manner. The management is difficult to get ahold of to log this complaint with them.

The accommodations were great. Lots of room. Our door lock ran out of batteries and we were locked out for some time.

Noisy at night Price

I've been coming to Sunnyside inn off and on for many years now. I used to love it because of its location and price Since COVID however, like most places, the price has gone up exponentially so the value doesn't feel quite as matched for me! They did a good job with staff however. They were very friendly and efficient I had some trouble (not for the first time) with my TV but someone came and helped me with it. Sleep was a little difficult because it was kind of noisy... I'm on the fence as to whether I would go back again. I might give it one more try. (I travel a lot to Portland for work)

Some smell from the room

One of front desk worker, Adam, she was extremely nice and professional. This make me comfortable and relax. The room was old building and unclean; however, I felt the hotel room is like my grandam home in San Jose, CA.

Stayed longer than expected due to staff being friendly, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond. Place is going through upgrades, price matched what you pay but expect prices to rise as upgrades get finished.
