No proper bed for the 3rd person

There was construction right across fro The Hotel, not really a big deal, but I bit noisy at times. Also you have to exchange your towels at front desk for new ones

Lots of noise, rooms that have kitchenette do not anything, not even utensils. Have to ask for them at front desk.

It was close to the ball fields my daughter was playing at.

Good place to stay rooms are great. Kitchenette is definitely a bonus for extended stays. Especially for contractors.

The bed was a little soft but everything else was just great!

We were very impressed by the size of the refrigerator and the comfortable table with chairs. Also happy that we could get MSMBC on the TV!

I was charged $110 because Booking.com canceled my first reservation and I ended paying more and NOBODY would even help me with it. So I won’t be using booking or Priceline ANYMORE

*outside trash overflowing, should have been quick and easy to correct. *construction next door caused confusion on where to enter property. Although temporary, and road opened for the weekend. Better signage instructions needed. *front desk very busy upon arrival (4 pm) and only one clerk - even though there were two women in room behind desk. Regardless of what their positions are, they should have stepped up (and out) to help during these busy times, and if nothing else, at least answer the phone. Young woman at front desk was doing her best: maintained her cool, continued to be enormously polite and helpful, unlike her chatty co-workers just behind her, continuing to chat. The front desk employee should get an apology and a raise!

*close by our event - graduation. *great location - near any place you’d want to visit including groceries, dining and recreational activities. *very clean and comfortable room *great value for a one night stay to sleep.

Emptying the trash. In the rntire 6 day stay, my room trash can was never emptied. Some directions on microwave programming would be nice.

Lots of places to get food and other necessities in its area. nice room deer in, microwave and kitchenette facilities.

Didn't like that breakfast wasn't included. Didn't like that all 3 light connected, u couldn't just have kitchen light on had to have every light on at once

Handicap room had no recliner but smelled good and was very well laid out. The room we were give (with needed recliner) smelled like old smoke/musty. The bathroom had a very squeaky door and the toilet was almost impossible to flush. I oiled the door and my husband fixed the toilet enough to be used. Many construction workers stay here and leave early in the morning. Often their room doors slam when closing which is VERY loud when sleeping at 5-6 am. We could have gotten much better rates booking directly due to frequent customer and Veteran's discounts. They would not allow us to book with them once we arrived there and we would have been charged fees by Booking.com for a late cancellation.

The room was comfortable size (though we had to change rooms and had an extra bed that we did not need). The bed itself was very comfortable. We were on the second floor and could see out to our car. Area of the hotel was good. We felt safe there. There are numerous restaurants nearby. Staff was accommodating when we asked to have a room with a lounge chair for my husband who recently had knee replacement surgery. The handicap accessible room did not. They gave us a different room with one.

The front desk seems to be having computer issues but hopefully it gets worked out. System was down my last 2 visits

Always stay here when I come to town love the ability to bring food and cook instead of having to eat all microwave meals!
