Good central location , checked out Helen one day. Deer crossing at the bottom of driveway. If we decide to visit this area again we will stay here.

Upon arrival the whole cabin smelled of Gain. Had to search to find the plug-in nose-offender. We have sensitivity to strong smells. Once we aired out the cabin for a while it was fine.

Loved the cabin itself as well as the terraced decks. Other cabins weren’t too close.

The drive up to it was alittle tight but due worthy!

The house itself is BEAUTIFUL!!! Very relaxing and peaceful!! Has all the essentials for cooking, and showering and relaxing! The jacuzzi was also a huge bonus since it's alittle chilly still!!

The only thing that was a problem was that the wifi was out for most of the stay.

The cabin was amazing. Warm and inviting. We loved the hot tub and fire pit.

The owner was so thoughtful by leaving essential materials and extra cabin items like marshmallow sticks, bear repellant, lots of family games, a first aid kit, ice and so much more. The cabin was beyond expectation and we can't wait to book another time. The medium high location was ideal for southern travelers looking for something distinct. The hot tub with the fall cold, grill and fire pit checked off all the items on a list. Nearby you have blue ridge town, stores, a large playground, a train ride, lots of trails types and a comprehensive grocery store. Just the perfect getaway.

My only suggestion is to perhaps replace a lot of the pans/cookware. The coating was coming off and badly scratched and were unusable. Tears in the some of the screens on the porch.

The pictures are a good representation of the property. The cabin was clean inside. The kitchen was very well equipped. The space was perfect for our family trip. We enjoyed the loft master bedroom retreat. It’s a true cabin experience. The outdoor space was excellent. We enjoyed the multi level entertainment options.

The hot tub was a bit dirty (but no unusable). It seemed like it was just time for a deep clean. No other complaints.

The location was excellent. It's just in between Blue Ridge and Ellijay so it's a quick trip for groceries, antiques, dinner, and the scenic railway.

I thought there would be more of a Mountain View but it is surrounded by tall trees blocking a Mountain View

The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed in it all we had to do was bring groceries.

Overall I like the location it was right on the corner. However the neighbor is very alert to what you're doing outside. We were in the hot tub and she's asking us did we see a bear she thought we said we saw a bear. She could kind of mind her business just a little bit unless she really saw a bear. LOL!! I guess the only other thing that was a little different was the master bedroom is upstairs and it's open to the lower area. When I booked I didn't pay attention to that so if you're going to have friends and you want privacy you might want to stay in one of the bedrooms downstairs.

The roads up to the cabin was a little narrower than expected and a few washed away potholes. The bathroom doors seemed to stick a little.

It was a nice quiet getaway spot. The cabin was nice and weather was good for sitting on the porch.
