You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI thought we were getting 2 queen beds, but instead had 1 bed and pullout couch. was OK, but pull out couch reached all the way to the bed, which was challenging for 3 people, as we put on our registration. This was my only concern. Great complimentary breakfast, and staff was great.

United States of AmericaI do wish that they were able to clean with steam like other hotels I have stayed in so as not to use chemicals at all. My husband also said (he stayed the night before I did as well) the breakfast was a bit lacking, as it was just mostly sandwiches. But this could also be due to covid regulations still, so honestly no harm there.
I am very sensitive to chemicals in cleaners and fragrances, so I always need to request special accommodations. This hotel wasn't able to clean with steam, but they did wipe down all surfaces with water after they were cleaned. My room did not smell like chemicals at all, and was very clean. I am beyond grateful that they were able to do this, as I would have gotten very sick staying overnight otherwise. Rooms are spacious, and have a great kitchenette. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location, right across from a grocery store and a Kohl's. They have grills outside and recipes and tools you can use if you'd like to bring your own stuff to grill. It's an excellent spot!
