Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The teenagers staying there were so loud! However, I called the front desk a staff put a stop to it. Thank you Brandon! Tile floor next to the pool? What? My Grandbabies kept slipping and falling. Not a good choice. The room is tiny.

No restaurant. Breakfast was not the best. Fruit was not very fresh. Eggs, sausage and potatoes were all cold. They did have waffle maker, boiled eggs (not made onsite), cereal and yogurt. There is not a bar or restaurant but they did have wine and beer for purchase.

We noticed there were gnats in our room, we killed at least 4. The pool room was room temperature but getting out of the pool it was cold. Maybe keeping that room a bit warmer would be nice.
Our bedroom was clean, the restroom was clean! No complaints. The restaurant inside the hotel had great food, and prices were decent. The pool area was really nice, well maintained my kids loved it. The water was not cold it was tolerable.

The rooms are pretty dated and the hotel is huge. It's a bit creepy to make the long walk to your room and not see another person.
The hotel looks like it belongs in a 1980's movie set in Miami. The atrium is nice.

The walls are pretty thin you can hear the next room pretty good.
We spent most of our time in the pool and splash pad. We were able to get our rooms next to each other and the rooms were big. Beds were comfortable and changed out for the 2 nights we stayed. They also restocked our towels without having to ask. There is complimentary breakfast and a Starbucks inside the hotel. (You pay for the starbucks). Pool hours are long and easy access.

We had to wait over 2 hours past check in time because the room was not ready. Didn't get a very big discount for that issue. Considering that took away from our time to actually enjoy the amenities. Also we were not able to get the fire pits lit so we could enjoy time out there. It was kind of cold in the pool area for the kids playing in the splash pad. Over all it was a nice visit with they hadn't been so busy and over full so we could of enjoyed everything more.
Clean facilities. It's a beautiful place to stay. Lots of amenities. Nice places to sit and visit. Breakfast was amazing

The little store by the lobby didn't have much. I kept getting lost. Maybe signs on the floor? Need more cable TV channels.
The indoor pool/splash pad & tropical plant atrium are why I chose this hotel. All the flowers outside & inside were very nice. Ice bar was a nice touch. Plenty of towels & waterfalls. The outdoor pool is nice, too. Had lunch at fire&ice and it was lovely. The housekeeping staff was wonderful - Kim and Jessica shout-out! Nice gym

Breakfast. Each day - scrambled eggs, sausage and a biscuit. Some drinks. Out of water the second day. Nothing more. No cereal, no pancake or waffles option. No toast. I wish it would have had more options.

The hotel itself is nice, but there are definitely some things that need to be taken care of. For starters it is a maze trying to get to your room or anywhere else in the hotel. Very confusing, we were not the only ones who were having trouble navigating the place. Breakfast needs to be served in a quiet location, the waterfalls are too much. The bed was comfortable, however the sheets sucked, they did not stay on the bed at all. The showers were awesome, but had no pressure, they need to be cleaned at least and try to get more pressure. Was almost impossible to wash my hair with the trickle that we had for water. I feel like the price was a bit high.
Comfortable beds, outdoor pool was warm and very clean. Staff was nice, even to the Karen in front of us. The fridge in our room was so cold it was amazing!

Pool was cold, outside pool has rocky concrete that hurts you feet while walking barefoot to the pool. Bad view from balcony.
