The bed was very uncomfortable and hurt our backs. The toilet was physically broken. It didn’t actually stand in an upright position.

We loved the location, with it being close to the boardwalk and many restaurants. We also loved the quaintness of the property and the staff.

The only issue was parking .many people without car tags were parking in the lot to go to the beach and the restaurant and also etc .we had to park blocks down the road in result .

The shower in our bathroom was set under a staircase and you had very little space to stand up. The faucet in the tub sprayed water sideways, even when the shower head was operating, and it flooded the floor, preventing convenient use of the shower. The room was very cramped. The code they gave us to open our door did not work, we had to ask for a key.

We liked it’s proximity to the beach, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean.

There are 3 floors to this property and no elevator, which is not listed in the description. You have to make a pot of coffee in the lobby urself, parking is not so great usually if u leave you can’t find a spot back in. Rooms with double beds are very small

If you only stay one night, the beach pass does not come with your stay. I was pretty bummed about that; it didn't state that anywhere while I was booking.

Location! Cute, clean, and quaint! It's obviously an old building so there will be wear and tear. Old-fashioned look all around. Coffee in the morning in the lobby.

No chair in room to sit. Bathroom was NOT very clean and needed redone. I had to keep asking to get my room tidied and the communication between staff members was not very good.

My husband I stayed at the Ocean Breeze hotel for one night in September. We were hoping for a restful night away, but ended up getting a terrible night's sleep in a disgusting room. For starters, the room looked like a jail cell. White walls, cheap mini blinds, and not one piece of decor to make the room feel welcoming. The bathroom was awful, as well. The whole place clearly hadn't been cleaned properly (if at all). After returning from dinner, my husband and I checked out the bedsheets. What we found was disgusting: - Bed linens- After examining the sheets, we found a long, dark hair..something I could deal with. But after looking further, we saw what had to be small blood stains along with what I could only imagine to semen stains. Clearly, the sheets don't get washed between each booking. -Bathroom- Shower/tub looked as if it hadn't been wiped out. Long hairs on wall of shower. Area behind sink had residue of some sort and looked like it hadn't been wiped down. - Used napkin underneath the bed -Old pair of socks in nightstand I'm not one to leave reviews, let alone a negative one... but after paying $289 for one night, I'd hope to at least sleep on clean sheets. No hairdryers at all. Check in was 4pm, check out 11am and had to move my car. Bathroom was very old.

We did not have a shower curtain. We reported it to the front counter, but they could not provide us with one. We used an extra bedsheet as one.
