what I love most about my room is the amazing ocean view as well as the convenient location that it is situated. It is close to the beach and the glazbo restaurant. I love the bed, although the pillows are a bit soft for my liking. But overall, this definitely met and exceeded my expectation. I like the TV too.

I have no complaints, but I think they are missing an opportunity to serve happy hour drinks, etc near the water during the sunset hour. Perhaps there could be more information to access some of the places of interest on the island. I would have liked to have more information about how to reach other beaches like Oneloa Bay that you mentioned below.

The atmosphere was friendly. There was a good mix of young families and older folks, Americans and guests from all over the world. I loved the pool \/hot tub accommodations, there was plenty of room to linger while we were there. We had good access to the beach and a convenient on site store to rent equipment. There are two restaurants on site that are both serve exceptional food, but the morning one was often very crowded. The grounds were maintained immaculately as were the rooms. It was very conveniently located to other beautiful sites and activities.

We had an upper floor room in Building B. Perfect for viewing sunsets from balcony. Birds singing and flowering trees everywhere. Steps to beach path. Beach gear for rent on premises. Quiet and serene. 2 clean swimming pools. Perfect in all ways.

There was a rat bait station directly under my bedroom window. Woke up every night with rats fighting by the trap. Honestly, being a Lahaina girl it was weirdly nostalgic. But to a more sensitive tourist it might be a deal breaker. I understand having a bait station. Maybe it could be moved away from the window?

Location is amazing. Old school vibes. I grew up in Lahaina (along with the friends I was travelling with). Loved seeing so much “old Maui” as we remembered it — especially with the loss of Lahaina town. Appreciated the lack of resort fees. Happy to take care of ourselves. Really appreciated being given a room on the ground floor that allowed us to walk to pool and breakfast. And being close to the water. Mahalo!

the front desk service is really bad. We had small requests like an extra towel and every time we were disappointed by the way we were treated and how long it took to sort it out. It closes at 5pm, so very inconvenient if you are touristing around and gets back later. - (i think for the price it would be worth have better customer service and an extended opening hour). Also, the sofa be worked greatly for our 5yr old, but an adult or teenager might have problems (its small and not comfortable at all.)

Location is great, right by the beach and Napili is perfect for kids. The pool is really good and the hotel is well cared for. The room is big for 2 adults + 1 5yr old. Price/benefit really compelling. - Very important to note: there is no house keeping. (so no fees but also no benefit) - they can lend vacuums if needed.

Doors are loud when they close. I had a neighbor with children who was not considerate about this. Doors slammed and kids shouted for at least an hour each evening. A bit windy.

Beautiful accommodations in Hawaiian style. Plenty of comfortable space. Large refrigerator! Perfect location for beach and snorkeling. No need to move my car, but I did to see other snorkeling locations while in west Maui.

Incredible place to spend some quality time with family, we were lucky enough to spot sea turtles on the beach and in our 3 days stay we have seen the whales every morning from the shore!

The property was wonderful in very way. The only thing is that I wish that their front desk hours were from 8-6 pm instead of 9-5 pm.

Everything was wonderful, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The one bedroom we stayed had all we needed. The no housekeeping and no extra fees for parking and such was a bonus, that money was spent in exploring. We will book again.

Liked everything. It was beautiful and well kept.

The grounds were beautiful. We loved having two pools and the beach right there and having the Gazebo restaurant onsite was another bonus. I could watch whales in the ocean while my kids were in the pool. It was so magical! Amazing views and amazing location.

Excellent view of the ocean. The room was a bit dated but very functional. If we could get the same room, we would definitely stay there again. The grounds were beautiful and restaurants were on site.
