It was a short Disneyland stay. This is a very comfortable room. We loved the Mediterranean restaurant across the street.

I did not like valet only service, and the inability to check in early or self park. This changed our plans and made getting in after a frustrating drive worse.

I liked that what I wanted from a room is what I received. Comfort in room, many amenities and more than some around me, close and healthy food options nearly and walking distance to everything.

Elevator was Out of order for the entire 4 night stay! Only One slow elevator worked!

We used the barbecue area on the roof which was a great facility- there were some cockroaches that wanted to join our feast that was not so great.

We enjoyed the pool and spa pool thoroughly. Very convenient as the suites are located close to Disney land park. Small kitchenette in the room was well equipped and had all the basics we needed.

Not having the room cleaned at all. Or not having a vacuum or broom to sweep anything up.

The location of the hotel was alright, close to the shuttle for Disneyland.

That being there for 10 days and not having house keeping changing sheets towels and toilet paper when you travel you want your room cleaned and refreshed each day without having to do it yourself

Did look clean and tidy and the Christmas decorations made it look very festive

One of the days the vallet Parking guy made some facial expressions and had a bad attitude when I asked for my vehicle, it was because he was watching a program on the phone when I asked for my vehicle and he had to interrupt his activity :S but besides that, everyone else was very amiable

The location is exceptional, just 10min walk from Disney, the souranding area has a variety of food options and beaches are relatevely near and public transport accessible

Valet parking. The room was already expensive so feeling like we had to tip anytime we wanted to use our car was a little annoying.

The pics on internet made room look much bigger than it was. They shouldn't have allowed that many people in 1 suite it should've urged us to get additional room. Also, shower had mold in certain grout areas.

We really liked the staff, the layout of hotel, and kids loved the pool. I liked the decor inside rooms and that they had a toaster!

I felt that it was dirty compared to the last time I stayed here with the family back in 2019 . Examples are you can see other peoples finger prints in the cabinets , dinning chairs and some crusty food like stuff on them and floors looked like they needed to be mobbed & carnets felt like they hadn’t been shampooed in quite some time. There were also things that I feel need to be changed for future guest . for television there needs to be a TV Guide in the rooms . says Cable TV but you can’t tell when your flipping through channels and it looks like no cable , we asked for a guide and they never brought one up as promised . TV remotes are very hard to work especially when your TV randomly switches from English to Spanish took maintence a good 45 mins to help us out (maintenance was very nice about it ) however it changed back to Spanish few hours later so we just had to not watch TV during the stay. this was quite a different experience than our first stay here . for the price I do not think the Hotel is worth the stay anymore , very unfortunate .

Loved the seperate living and bedroom space. Really well stocked kitchen. Liked that the pool was undercover so you didn’t need sunscreen. But pool are needs update.

We stayed for 5 nights but the room was never serviced or cleaned. I didn't enjoy having to ask for more soap and toilet paper.
