Bathroom was too small. I had to get dressed outside the bathroom that's my only complaint... there are bigger issues in the world and was worth the money

the room was sparse, the furniture was not comfortable or useful. the bed had a plastic mattress protector under the sheet. the bedspread - why do motels and hotels have to use bed spreads? nothing gelled in the room. the bathroom was weird. but everything was clean.

the heater/ac unit was pretty loud, and it turning on numerous times during the night would awaken me. The bathroom floor felt sticky.

Bathroom tiny and sink outside bathroom had microwave on it with coffee pot. When plugging in our charges for phones, electrical outlets loose. Lamp in room had no where to turn on.

The decor is dated 80s-90’s. It really didn’t matter to me.

The location is really great. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Top notch people. The bathroom was modern and clean. Great hot water in shower. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. Internet was great.

Rooms are dated and carpet is old. We booked a disability access room that was poorly set up for mobility impaired people. There is a regular bathtub, not a walk in shower so many disabled people would not be able to use it and the handrailings are poorly placed. No grab bar for getting in and out of the tub or on and off the toilet. No bath chair though they might have been able to provide one if we had asked. Refrigerator needed defrosting and was barely cool. In all fairness, these short comings are common in motels in this price range.

Location was pleasant and quite. There is a nice breakfast lunch restaurant across the street. Grounds were good for walking my dogs. The evening clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Some hair stuck in the folded towels and on the bathroom floors. Shower head was loose, thought it was gonna fall out!

Housekeeping system flawed. Front office not in full communication with cleaning staff during morning hours. Staying a few days. We wanted to sleep in. A "Do not disturb" tag was left on our door to let staff know someone was in the room to sleep, not checking out, though either. We left our room late morning. Signage we took off door. Figured housekeeping would still take care of our room. Fresh towels at least. Upon returning from a day of planned outings, room not touched. Okay, we did the same routine next morning with tag on our door to not disturb but this time hearing the housekeeping outside the door we managed to ask them to come back in a half hour. They said okay. As we left for outings during day and evening, returning with nothing done. We went to front office. Let them know what occurred. It was not clear to them what happened as they mentioned a do not disturb tag on door means just that. Friendly person at desk got towels for us after we asked for some. Stays of three days need more attention paid to flexibility of services.

The inn is a basic room with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot, which is all we needed for a few nights. The location is near many beaches, restaurants and shopping.

The rooms were old but they were clean I did ask for extra pillows and was told they had to check and I never got an answer or the pillows. I sleep with 2 pillows

It was convenient to the affair I was attending. The price was great.
