difficult to getting into the parking lot. 2 entrances but one was chained and hard to see the chain. the room was decent but the light on the terrace area was on all night and even though the curtains were closed there were holes in the curtains peaking light through and they didn't close all the way

breakfast was as expected, comfortable bed

There where four of us traveling so at least four towels for showers would have been nice. The lobby and hallways smelled like cigarettes but other than that all was good.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The host that checked us in made sure we had a nice room with a view due to the length of our stay. That was very nice and above and beyond if you ask me. The best part was the pool was open!

I don't like hearing the traffic or ambulance. Being near the hospital was annoying. The parking lot is small.

The room was spacious, the closet space, fridge, microwave and coffee maker made the stay even more comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable.

My tub sunk in the middle, so showers were uncomfortable. The balcony sliding glass door did not slide without excessive force in the 1st room (Had to pack up and change rooms). The TV in the 2nd room did not work (got a replacement 2 hrs later). The front desk lady seemed annoyed when I needed something!

Breakfast options were nice. 1st time in NM and the even the scenery from my balcony was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Shower/sink water got very hot. Location from the airport was less than 8 mins. Pool was awesome, kids really enjoyed themselves. Hot tub had jets. Air/heat in the room worked perfectly. Things being changed/improved were handled pretty promptly by the hotel.

The hot tub was not functioning properly and I specifically called and verified it was before booking. it was disappointing.

They gave me a room near the lobby on the first floor as I requested I really like that. The hotel was clean and the breakfast provided was good.

I didn't like the fluctuating prices. The tub in my room drained very slow. And one of the nights there was some yelling outside. But it was not on the property. The worst part was having to leave a hundred dollar deposit every time I made a reservation and the staff told me different things in regards to extending a reservation.

The Hotel was quiet. Convenient location for what I needed. The staff were mostly friendly. Some were very polite and professional. They had some snack options other than just a vending machine. There is a pool and hot tub. Free breakfast in the morning. Overall it was a good experience. The fluctuating prices were the only downer. But I had a very restful stay.

sometimes the sausage and eggs ran out before the breakfast serving time ended. The fixed, floating rope precluded swimming laps lengthwise. Would be nice to have a second chair in the room. Guests were pretty rowdy Friday night.

We loved walking through the quiet neighborhood west of the hotel. A good if conventional selection at breakfast. Nice pool. Capable internet. Friendly, responsive staff.
