Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Wish pool was open later at night should be till at least 10
The nice updated rooms luv the bathroom & big shower. Loved the out door patio & bar.

Even though we didn’t get to experience everything, however everything was extremely beautiful, calming, and in excellent condition. It almost got to the point where the reason we visited San Antonio went out the window and just wanted to stay and experience the hotel.

My room location was not favorable, and the restaurant has limited options of food with very small portions.pDespite this, the cleanliness and the great staff make Plaza Hotel Autograph Collection a place I would recommend and consider staying at again.
I had a pleasant experience overall. The highlight of my stay was the staff and the hotel cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with a smile. Their positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently excellent.

Everything about valet parking. It was ridiculously priced $56! The valet staff did not even let us park the car until we check in. They wanted one of us to stay in the car. Horrible experience

No complaints!
This hotel is truly a hidden gem! The location is convenient & easily accessible. The hotel is beautifully decorated and arranged both inside and outside. The entire staff is so pleasant & helpful. Helena at the front desk was super friendly & warming upon my arrival. The food at the Corinne restaurant & bar definitely surpassed my expectations and I received wonderful service from the waiter (unfortunately I can’t remember his name but it begins with an R). I had an amazing massage from Yenyx at the spa (10/10). I got to take a dip in the pool early in the day & enjoy a drink with small bites from the Anaqua bar which was also great. I went back in the evening and enjoyed some more fun cocktails as well. Room service was also very prompt & Dwayne was an absolute sweetheart! Emelia from housekeeping also refreshed my room while I was away & restocked the water which was very much needed. My stay was meant for relaxation & self care and I definitely had that experience. Would definitely go back!

The hotel had no parking other than valet parking. I didn’t like that It only had valet parking. They would not recommend any other parking around the hotel?
The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. I would raid it 10 out of 10.

Construction
The balcony view, Helena was exceptionally helpful she went above and beyond. Even gave us great dinner and hangout places. Valet parking staff was exceptional as well!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like!
Everything was put together so well and was so clean! Everyone was so welcoming and made us feel right at home! Especially Jordan! We were very blessed with how kind he was to us and he made our stay very memorable!

I have not noticed anything.
The hotel has very nice ambiance and a very great attentive stuff. Our room was very nice, all the furniture looks new, Nespresso coffee machine in the room. There is no any bad smell in the hotel overall. All the stuff doing great job taking care about this hotel. I was surprise they allow pets in their property, because it looks so fresh and neat. I would definitely recommend this hotel to the families with kids, because there is a huge play area with water sprayers, sand, climbing nets, chess just around the corner of the hotel in Hemisfair park. Also there is a 10mins walk ti river walk. Unfortunately there is a construction near the hotel but we did not hear any loud sounds, neither this construction spoiled our vacation or feelings about the hotel. Even with this fact I would recommend this hotel to visitors of the city.

In the middle of some construction from another building but didn't take away from the experience.
