Tub is small(ish) as is the entire bathroom. Mattress had little support on the one side, recommend flipping or rotating same.

overpowering smell of product when first entering room. had doors open and bathroom fan running to vent. Dissipated after a bit but almost made me ask to change. I did not get a headache from it (I am sensitive to such) the smell was just overwhelming.

Convenient. Well maintained. Clean but dated. Close to road but still quiet. easy on/off. bed/pillows comfortable enough. I was there to sleep and did. Coffee brewed at 0700 with to-go cups in lobby.

decor could use a little freshening up,,ew lamp shades.

the cottage was nice, a little shabby here and there, but overall OK. it was clean, did not have breakfast. If you have a car it's OK, you can park right next to room/cottage. The town does not have Uber so getting around is not esay,walk to downtown from hotel takes about 1/2 hour, OK in day,but scary at night,it's a 2 lane road.

I wish there had been some kind of bar or railing to hold onto while getting in and out of the shower. On the bathroom floor, under the sink there was some item that was missed when cleaned last. I did not use their breakfast room, as I like to bring my own food and drink.

I did like the good water pressure of the shower. The bed was comfortable. I liked parking right in front of my room.

The appearance from the outside is a little rundown, but it is clear that work is being done on the buildings. Inside of cottages are updated, repainted, and comfortable.

Quaint cottages to stay in with comfortable beds and cleanliness. It is clear that the current owners have been working to update and repair some of the more "rundown" cottages, which takes time. Front desk was pleasant and helpful when key to room wasn't working properly. Would stay again.

Bed was not comfortable. Price was high for what the room was. Breakfast was lacking. Bagels and old cereal all bunched in containers from humidity I assume? Eating area was full of boxes and large, old empty water jugs . Tables were dirty. We passed. 😩

The location was great as we were moving in our PSU student. Room was adequate. Very small. Bed was not comfortable. We survived.

No drinking water. We were thirsty the whole night…… No hair drier in the room even…… their breakfast was very simple.

The bed and sheet are very clean. Toilet is clean enough as well. It’s easy to find.

breakfast wasn't great, our experience on first morning was stale bagels, sour milk and yogurt, watery juice; the desk chair is too big for the desk, couldn't get to bathroom while someone was seated at the desk and had to crawl over the bed. The small refrigerator in the room needs replacement, had duct tape holding some of the shelves. It appears as they are working to renovate some rooms so that's good.

Breakfast was poor. There was juice and coffee, no tea available. Just bagels and cereal.it would have been nice if eggs were offered.

There were two non-working televisions in my room. We had no access to a TV and nothing listed about having free Wifi . The tub did not drain while taking a shower so it filled up and had to wait over 30 minutes for it to drain so we left.

The room size was great and the standard fridge and microwave available.
