Having to pay $50 a day for parking per vehicle. And tourism fees. I am not a tourist nor was I traveling from out of town. Beds and couch bed were a little uncomfortable.

Staff was nice, breakfast and dinner were good. Housekeeping was quick to bring items we needed. Location was nice. Onsite gym and laundry mat

The sofa bed mattress is thin. Water from the shower is slow.

Somehow house keeping ignored our privacy sign on the door came indie the room did some basic picking up of the bathroom and beds but didn’t take any of the trash from the trash cans which were full.

The breakfast was not the same as we experienced in Seattle. This was one of the main reasons we chose to stay on your property again. There was a fire alarm and staff was not around to tell the guests where to go.

I wish the parking spaces were wider because it was extremely hard to get in and out of your car. Other hotels in the area include free parking with your stay, but this hotel charges $25 per day. Also, if you use the internet to play a game console, watch movies on a device, or connect a tablet, you will have to upgrade your wifi access for a fee of $30.

We loved the kitchenette and full sized refrigerator, when traveling with little kids it's important to have their favorite foods available. This made it possible to prepare meals they prefer when not out doing activities. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise.

The lack of direction on the walls of the corridors made it very confusing when exiting the elevator and also finding the elevator. A site map or floor layoutside outside of every elevator and inside every entrance door would be extremely helpful.

The room didn’t look like it was vacuumed when we checked in. Bed was uncomfortable.

Design is not good (same door for closet and bathroom!). Not enough utensils in kitchenette. You should provide daily water and a much better coffee machine (pitiful)

The location makes it hard to walk to anything. It is central to everything for driving but nothing seemed walkable.

The staff seemed like they really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! The outdoor courtyard area was exceptional and we really enjoyed the pool as well. The room was spacious and the kitchen was really nice to have. We were allowed to check into our room in the morning for a $50 fee, which seemed fair and was very helpful.

The first room we had smelled like pet urine, they did move us however we had to pay the upgrade fee due to not having any more rooms available. The parking is horrible trying to find spot was almost impossible if u got back later. At $25 a night I should be guaranteed a spot.

The staff was really helpful, they did help take care of an issue we had with our first room. The location is perfect to seaworld and old town. They did provide a simple dinner Mon-Wed and had a decent breakfast every morning nothing great but worked for the kids.

A restaurant on the property would be ideal, as it is out of town a place for a drink and bite to eat would be a great inclusion for the hotel.

Frank and team at breakfast do a wonderful service. Food options were fantastic and lovely to have some healthy options too. Frank was a smiling face every morning and greeted everyone so authentically. You are lucky to have him and his brilliant team- made our stay.

The parking spaces are just a little too snug for bigger vehicles, I was so nervous about someone hitting my car because it barely fit.

We absolutely LOVED the front desk/ serving staff. The complimentary breakfast and dinner during our stay was great!! The size of our suite was also so perfect, the bathroom lighting was perfect!!

My request for a bathtub didn’t happen. The beds weren’t comfortable, so we don’t get the best rest.

The staff were great. The courtyard was very clean and welcoming. The complementary breakfast buffet was amazing!
