After driving three hours and parking my car - After I checked in, they made me walk back to the parking garage to put a parking pass on my car. It was slightly annoying when we just wanted to go to dinner You should be able to register your car at check-in

The room was very hot! We had the AC set to 68 and it never got below 77 in the room.

The room was very open and had plenty of room! The bed was alright. The pool area was amazing!

I stayed before and they had a sauna in the pool area that appears to have been replaced with arcade games. Would LOVE that space back!

I love the privacy of room layout and spacing. The views are spectacular! The indoor pool and atrium is a bonus. Full size fridge makes me think of longer stays.

The check in experience was not pleasant. I was asked for my state ID in order to be allowed to use a luggage cart. There was no sign regarding this policy. I complied reluctantly. When I got to my floor, I saw another luggage cart near the elevator which meant to me that not everyone was asked to leave their state ID in order to use the cart. I brought both carts back and asked the front desk woman if she gave the person who used the other cart their state ID back or if they were even asked to leave one. She did not respond and slapped my ID down on the counter as she answered the phone. Fortunately, I did not have to deal with her much after that. All other employees were much more courteous.

Had to keep getting maintenance to set up TVs, only one worked. And sugar ants.

Only had coffee and packaged muffins, nothing else was open. The room was big and spacious and we were on the 5th floor with the best view of the ocean

Where did the hot tub go? We were so looking forward to relaxing in it. That was quite disappointing.

I liked the spa being inside the hotel and the atrium and pool. The seasonal stuff like the Tiki Bar and restaurants looked nice too and I wish we could’ve taken advantage of them!

The only thing I didn't like was no fault of the hotel. We like to leave the sliding door open to hear the ocean. But the smell of weed was terrible.

Maybe more details about the facilities in the room ie: Times the restaurant and bar open, menus , wifi etc... But that's just a suggestion. Overall we were very happy.

We loved how clean the resort was, all the facilities on offer and a great pool for the kids to play in no matter how the weather is outside.

Being able to hear loud guests in the hallway late at night, but I don't hold the facility at fault for this.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were also very clean and though the breakfast was a little pricey, the portions were large.

The water wouldn’t get out only warm . Ants in the kitchen area. I love the property but it’s a little too costly for what you get . Should offer coffee daily all day .
