From the outside the motel looks like any other small town motel. But inside, the rooms are clean, cheery and recently renovated. The staff were very friendly. Only comment is the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Main Street is a little noisy but nothing can be done about that.

This room exceeded our expectations. It was clean, cute and recently updated. The bed was very comfortable. Location is ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is great! From the outside it looks like most other roadside motels. But the rooms are large and bright, very clean, quality towels and washcloths, equipped with a usable desk, and all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Hot water very delayed in reaching the sink: had to choose between wasting many gallons or washing and shaving with icy water. Dining options (and quality) in town very limited, especially on Sunday.

Exceptionally clean, attractively decorated, well furnished. Pleasant staff, great location for visiting Bryce and Red Canyons and for traveling on SR 12—so scenic!

This is an older motel like I used to stay in as a child. It is so nice to see these older places “recycled” so as to stay in use. It was super clean and updated very nicely. Thank you to the owners

The only thing that could have been better is the tv. There were no local stations and really nothing to watch with the pre programmed channels.

The staff was very friendly. The room was the best I have stayed in for a very long time. The rooms were so personable and I didnt feel that I was staying in a motel. Very Comfortabale! I would definetly go there again!!

The heavily scented odor upon checking in. I think perhaps it was a product housekeeping was using on the rugs. I found it overwhelming. I told the front desk about it but there wasn't a similar room to move me to. She was very solicitous and concerned, but after opening all the windows and turning on the heat to create airflow it was manageable.

Great value, convenient location, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

    Not a thing.

Very warm welcome. Avi gave us a handful of chocolate truffles when we told her we had just gotten married. They also give out Purple drink coozies and small purple cloth bag. Older hotel very nicely renovated with cozy rooms and, well, purple bed spread. Panguitch is a very small town with a couple good restaurants and convenient to Bryce. A very nice and memorable experience.

We could hear the people above us when they walked around and moved furniture around, but it didn't last long and it did not interrupt our sleep at all.

We were welcomed very warmly when we checked in by Barbara and Addy (I hope I spelled her name correctly). They were very helpful. We had one of the rooms that was recently updated and it was perfect for us. Very clean. The remodel looked very modern. We had a great stay there. Very nice location to businesses in town and Bryce Canyon. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

    Nothing! It exceeded our expectations!

Purple sage is such a lovely and cute motel! The rooms are squeaky clean and everything appears to be brand new so assume they renovated recently! The arm chairs were super comfy, there’s a microwave, coffee machine and fridge and a lovely comfy massive bed as well as an AC unit and heater if it gets chilly like it was when we were there! The colour scheme (purple of course!) is a lovely touch and we were so impressed with everything. Check in was a breeze and we were greeted by the most sweetest lady ever on reception (so sorry we didn’t catch your name!) reception has really cheap drinks, ice and as a side note generally smelt amazing like pumpkin spice! Also the information booklet included in the room was full of so many helpful details! Panguitch is cute and we caught a film at the Gem theater and had breakfast at the cowboy smokehouse cage - all great!

An older motel but a pleasant suprise. Clean rooms at a reasonable price.

Compared to newer chain hotels the rooms were a bit small by comparison. With 2 queen beds and a chair space was at a premium. The hotel added a strip outlet by the beds but used plastic zip strips to hold them to the wall which made 2 of the outlets useless.

The young lady who checked us in was very sweet. The rooms were clean and well equipped. We were able to park in front of our rooms. Outside the rooms were little tables and chairs. The rooms included a modern led TV , a small fridge and microwave. The bathrooms were clean with lots of clean towels and hot water. The ac and heater worked well.

This motel was one of the biggest surprises of our trip. Positive one! We received a very nice, new room, for a very low price. This is good place to stay when you want to visit Bryce Canyon. In the village you have some restaurants (we visited Kenny Rays because of vegetarian options- it was our mistake) and shops - walking distance from motel.

Parking lot was VERY tight. The outdoor stairs to get to our room had a sheet of plywood on the landing, didn't feel safe.

Room was small but nicely decorated. LOVED the Purple theme carried throughout the room. Young gal at the desk was very friendly and offered ice from a small refrigerator. Most motels don't.

If possible, get a room in the single-story section. We were in the 2 story section and the noise from above was a bit loud. Also, wifi was not great in that area, it was much better in the rooms closer to the street. Be aware it is cold in the town due to its elevation. There are also limited dining options due to being a small town.

Nice clean rooms, a good stopping point after seeing the Grand Canyon. Close to Bryce Canyon and several other sites. Friendly staff.

The tv only has Roku. There wasnt much to watch.

When I booked on line the rooms looked very clean, but as soon as I got to my room it was way better than I could have imagined. For a small motel in a small town it was a exceptional place to stay. The staff was very friendly.

The location is 25 miles from Bryce Canyon National Park. But...the price was very affordable and more than made up for the long drive.

Room had just been remodeled so was very nice. They supplied ice which was a pleasant surprise. Microwave and mini fridge was a helpful bonus.
