If I wasnt with my dog I wouldnt have felt safe. The doors to get in through the side of the hotel didnt lock. The windows didnt lock and the screens were ripped. My room faced the highway in the back. If I was alone I probably woukd have checked out sooner than I did. I left a day early.

I liked that I could stay there with my dog.

Things were being fixed or renovated. No one comes to do you bed. After cleaning the bathroom there were fruit flies there. You can easily hear the Neighbors at night.

It was convenient for the purpose we needed it for. Close by to the places we needed to go. The room was a nice big size. They changed the towels and through out the garbage from the bathroom. Parking is right there nearby.

The food!

The staff when we checked in was wonderful. But the morning staff not so much. My stepson is special needs and has a very bland diet and would not eat anything they had for breakfast except yogurt. Had I know it would have been this way I would brought food for him

Breakfast was not much of anything. No one there to keep what was there stocked. Also, I tripped over an electrical cover raised up 3/8" in the hallway of my room. Let the front desk know of a trash can with fruit flies in and around it. Took over 12hours to change liner.

The place is very old, my toilet ran all night & there were 2 Bobby pins on the floor, which were not mine 😳 Wall paper was falling down in bathroom... just very dated & not that cleanly...

1) Room didn’t have a TV.. not in the bedroom or living room.. we even upgraded to the sweet with the jacuzzi. 2) We had knocking on our door before 11am check out for room cleaning.. and then got a call from the property telling us it was checkout exactly at 11am…

The place is a bit worn, missing a light bulb over the hot tub....missing a lamp shade in the bedroom....and a burnt out bulb in the fridge. To be rated like an upscale hotel those details need to be perfect. The kid at the desk had his college sweatshirt on.

the place was run down, dirty, needs a lot of improvements inside and out. security doors on exterior didnt require use of room cards to get in, for a non smoking facility you could smell cigarette smoke down every hallway, junk cars in the parking lot etc. at one point it might have been worth the cost...... today I would recommend NOT to go there!

Walls were dirty. Hall carpet was rumpled and worn in many spots. The toilet seat in the room was marred badly: burned and, weirdly, peeling. The couch in the room was awful ... it collapsed when I sat in it, and I'm small and fit. There was a selection of random tables and ONE bad chair in the room. The electrical outlets were non functional: Loose connections allowed plugs to fall out and one of two in EVERY outlet did not provide power. This hotel also seemed to be home for some. I could be wrong.

It was close to the Northway (I87) in the Capital Area. The staff was pleasant. The shower was clean. Breakfast was fine.

Upon entering the room, there was a dirty towel and a candy wrapper on the floor. We asked for extra blankets, and the one we got was stained and torn. While I can look past the torn carpets and aging furniture, the cleanliness was subpar. The wifi was also too limited for our needs.

Good location, went with this hotel because of the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. We do understand that the hotel is currently working on updates to make it better, so I can excuse some of the torn carpeting and other such things.

Front desk not very comfortable to do business with, while attendant there was friendly, aero conditioner was working but that unit was in need to repair shape. Beds pillows were to small. Hotel needs to do improvement.

The rooms were in need of updating. There was no cover on the fan in the bathroom. It was very noisy. The furniture needed updating. The rugs in the hallway were thread barring. The toilet ran through the night. It needed some work. There was garbage in the parking lot when we left. It was a nice building but it needed updating and some TLC.

The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful!

Lobby was dirty and the elevator didn't work for the first 36 hours. Also it listed a pool but it was closed, and didn't look like it had been used in a long time, no water in it.

This place needs a total rehab. Lobby is good, but hallways had stained and worn carpeting. My room had comfortable beds but the curtains were dirty, the veneer was peeling off the shower and the shower curtain was dirty. The refrigerator had ice build up.
