parking was kind of Pain but I only flew into Chicago not used to driving there. bar service was a little bad the beer was flat and the bartenders little busy talking to each other. the room windows where a little diry by the windows and top of the bed frames.

I like the location and the rooms seem nice. close to chicago river and walking around seening all the stuff around there. even used the pool and hot tub seem good.

Internet connection and speed were very poor for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. Chairs in rooms were not comfortable.

Valet was horrible all around. For 75$ a day i expected more organization. 1 or 2 people to work it max and long waits on busy street with very limited space. I got a supposed upgrade for it being our one year anniversary but room was not an upgrade at all and did not have balcony so i requested a change and was downgraded. No lil champagne cookies no nothing to accommodate or say congrats not necessary just would’ve been nice for it to be an upscale hotel. Also the “spa” doesn’t have massages and etc was not used.

It was clean and pretty. Enjoyed the heaters on outside area where we had to wait for valet. Hotel was gorgeous and views are good

Parking ramp difficulty. Ended up using valet and they were very nice but spendy. Unable to reach front desk from room by phone x 1. Simple breakfast should be included for price.

Concierge tried to be helpful but not fully informed onhow buses actually work per drivers. Bar closes at 11 , awfully early for holiday wkend.

when I booked my room I was under the impression I will have a room with a bathtub.

I loved everything about the property. Very comfortable and convenient to places near. The restaurant in the lobby was phenomenal.

The pillows on the bed felt like they were cushions off a chair, not the most comfortable pillows I've ever slept on. The fire station situated below the bedroom wasn't a great feature either.

My son went down to the restaurant to get some plastic silverware on the Saturday night of my stay There was a man that was hosting that was extremely rude to him. I know that’s kind of nitpicking, but I didn’t like it.

The door of the shower needs to be resealed and when showering the water leaked out. I think this had happened previously as the wooden flooring in the bedroom was damaged and uneven causing me to catch my toes on several occasions.

Room was lovely, big bathroom with bath which was a nice addition. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful in particular the reception team. Location was perfect, right int he heart of the city and everything was within walking distance.

No changing facilities at pool. Awkward. Location a bit off centre and it was a couple blocks walk to the nearest place for breakfast if you didn't want the expensive one in the hotel.

Pool nice for a swim. Needed a kettle and milk to make tea (coffee maker in room not suitable) and both were supplied easily. Room was very spacious with a nice view of the city.
