I had an issue with the billing because they charged me for parking accidentally. After contacting customer service, they refunded me though.

Spacious room, complimentary water, spacious bathroom. Communal microwave on one of the floors, very clean. Safe that can fit a laptop. Big desk. Good customer service. Comfortable beds and very short distance to/from Disney Springs and House of Blues.

Glass door to the bathroom was SO dirty.. it had greasy handprints and grime. It made me question the cleanliness of the bathroom itself.

The Common areas outside the hotel could use a little upgrade. The hallways, the rug was stained and looked a little dirty.

The Room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The Lobby was very nice and presentable.

The complimentary shuttle bus to the Disney Parks wasn’t great, only one service a day and it did not go to all the Parks (Eg. Hollywood Studios not included) so we had to take taxis. Dinner at the restaurant stops at 9am and the menu is very limited. Closest restaurants/shops are about 10-15min walk.

Lovely recently renovated hotel with super spacious rooms. Restaurant (breakfast) staff particularly nice. Very good breakfast selection. Ice machines and water dispensers on all floors.

I wish we had the schedule for the shuttles to the theme parks ahead of time, aka prior to check in. some made sense but others departed from the hotel either too late if you want to get to the park very early, or returned too early. but location was nice and close enough because we ended up taking Lyft cabs to get to Disney parks early and it was less than 12$ each way. We used the hotel shuttle to go to Universal Studios and it was efficient although you should plan 30-40 min to get there between traffic and other stops at hotels. We were there only for the theme parks so we didn’t rent a car. between the shuttles, Lyft, you can easily manage.

We liked everything. The staff was very friendly and professional. check-in was super easy with Destiny. The breakfast was delicious, incredible croissants. The room and bathroom were spacious, beds super comfortable. I liked the open closet and the bench, it was easy to store our sort our things for the week. we were 2 adults, 1 child, stayed for 7 nights.

We would have preferred more timings for the shuttle while going back as we wanted to stay longer during the day but not a major issue using uber.

The staff were very friendly and polite, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel as it was close to the outlet and restaurants. Free shuttle to disney and universal convenient timing in the morning.

The breakfast was a poor value ($15 for a microwaved waffle?). The toilet paper was ridiculously cheap and thin for a supposed 3.5 star hotel. It’s right next to the highway, so there is a lot of road noise.

Nice facility. Modern. The staff was very friendly. It was clean and appeared well maintained. Overall convenient to many nearby attractions. There was plenty of parking.
