Room care was spotty and inconsistent: they rarely remembered to stock a hand towel, they never replenished to coffee supplies. The facility was tired and shabby, though mostly tidy. I learned that a major remodel is in the offing.

I appreciated the responsiveness of the staff, by and large. The comprehensive nature of the airport shuttle service was surprising and delightful.

Every day I had to get my key re-keyed. It was such an inconvenience because I was so tired when I came back to the room. I stayed in a double bedroom with another person and three days out of five only one bed was made up. (not mines) The bathroom was not clean every day and I complained to the day clerk/manager and the afternoon manager and the overnight person. I am very disappointed in my stay there. I will not being staying there again and will not recommend anyone else to stay there as well.

Ramada is completely closed down and you have to go through a different hotel to get anywhere. The two hotels are connected and navigating them is weird.

The whole facility was run down and not what I have come to expect from a RAMADA PLAZA hotel. The outdated decor was from the early 90's. The BED was hard and uncomfortable. There were only 3 TINY (even smaller than standard-sized) pillows (for a KING sized bed) and when we asked the front desk for two more pillows, the less than helpful front desk clerk said they didn't have any more. (He said the same thing about extra bath towels!) We were supposed to have a NON-SMOKING BUSINESS KING SUITE and the pictures showed additional sofa/side chair seating other than the bed. There was only a desk chair.

The location was right off the interstate and close to the stadium where our event was held and the surrounding area was safe enough for walking to local restaurants and convenience stores.

It was a 3 in one Hotel, but this hotel is old, you can tell at one point it was a high class establishment but now it's old and heavily discounted. Everything looks brown and dingy. They initially gave us the worst room with a view of their dry dirty pool. The rooms were okay but nothing to write home about. Doesn't offer smoking rooms or pets.

Decent price. They gave my room to someone else but didn’t realize so when I went to my room someone was already occupying it. The next three keys they gave me didn’t work. I took me an extra 30 minutes just to get into my room. They had two cancellation charges added to my card. I never canceled a room. I’ve called twice and haven’t been able to speak with a manager.

The way the hotel arrangements were not good. We had to circle around to find the right entrance. It was confusing as to what hotel we were staying at. The Wi-Fi was very poor. The gym was disappointing because the cables were not connected to use. The light by the door was not working.

The location of the hotel was good. The microwave & refrigerator was very good. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious.

Only one towel and rag in the room. The security guard racially profiled my boyfriend. I don’t know if it was because of how he was dressed and everyone else was dolled up he was followed all the way up to our room and he had the room key. I watched and waited then went into the room after the guard left. He then came back and knocked on the door and asked if we were smoking marijuana in the room but looked surprised to see me come to the door. Didn’t knock on any other doors just left. You could hear him walking back and forth by the room

Shady area. We were so worried about leaving our car alone in the parking lot that my husband even went and talked with the parking lot security guard and asked to keep an eye on our car. Halls smelled of marijuana. Saw the biggest cockroach I have ever seen on the floor in the first floor hallway. It was picked up fairly quickly when staff was alerted. Gentleman’s club located directly across the parking lot. Back of building is fenced off, I’m assuming, to keep riffraff out. Bathtub took about 1/2 to drain after a quick shower. No signage to find correct hotel. We finally went into one and had to ask front desk staff which hotel was the correct one.
