They were under construction so no pool or outside lounging.

The location was good too and the room was very clean. We had a great time for dinner.

I may have looked over the construction part when booking, but my best friend was heartbroken to see that the pool was not yet built. Other than that, the construction at 8am was a bit of a bother but they do have a sign right in your face at check in that says construction starts around 8am, so at least you were made aware. Not being able to smoke in the outdoor area was a tad bit annoying as well. As in having to go all the way to the front as opposed to walking out of your room and being able to smoke. That’s pretty much it. If you’re not a Mary Jane smoker and don’t care that much for pools, this place should be nice for you.

My best friend and I stayed here for our first half of our Miami trip and honestly we thought about checking out of our next hotel and coming back here. I liked pretty much everything about the property, the staff were nice, attentive, helpful. I honestly can’t complain about ANY of the staff they were all great, even the housekeepers and maintenance staff. We arrived around 12pm from NYC and they assisted us with a quick bag check and directed us to some places for good food. Takitos has great Mexican food! Upon checking out they again assisted us with bag check while we waited to head to Miami Beach to our next hotel.

Being renovated. Parking is an issue. Part of the Parking garage is not available so the facility should only rent as many rooms as they have available Parking. They charge for parking, but if they run out, you have to find public parking on the street and pay the city. Not safe or secure on the street. No breakfast or other amenities. Previously, you could exit the back of the hotel and be on Hollywood Blvd, but they have closed off the exit. It is cumbersome to have to go around to the front and walk an extra block. The renovation has been occurring for a couple of years. We probably will not return until they figure out when they will finally complete things. We visit every few weeks.

whole place is under construction but we had a brand new room. completely remodeled, brand new everything including the bed and mattress.

Cleanliness - couldn;t walk on the floors without getting dirty. Gym and pool were both closed, and construction work all day long.

Unfortunately it was under construction and Hotel staff got into a verbal altercation with either another worker or a guest. Seems like it used to be a great place.

The Floor's are Filthy Dirty From The Carpet, even when it Was The Ramada. Need Tile Instead of Carpet !!! You Need USB Inputs For You computers, Phone's Extra !!!

The hotel itself, was clean. The staff was friendly. However, the condition of the property was unfortunately mediocre. Of course being a holiday weekend the rate was a bit high for the condition of the property. I feel it would have been better value at $100 room rate as opposed to what I paid.

I've always wanted to stay here. It's a perfect location for downtown Hollywood!
