To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ParaguayNot that near to the parks, at least 20min by car. (See that there is other days inn that says AT the park, that one is actually near). Some of the staff not that nice or willing to help, but get the job done. The room configuration was weird, the shower area had no door and the toilet was too low. The breakfast very poor.
For the price it was fine, clean and easy parking. The room was spacious.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was kind of sparse. There wasn't a lot of variety. The size and location of the table in our room made it difficult to get in and out of the bed. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable.
The employees were helpful. We were grateful there was an elevator and a luggage cart, though small. We had thought we were booking close to Disneyland. That was kind of deceptive. Five miles is not "near" in terms of being able to walk to the attractions as we were planning.

United States of AmericaThe woman at the front desk should not be greeting or assisting people. She was completely blank faced, didn't say hi, greet us, or smile. She acted like she couldn't care any less about her job. I wondered if she was on heavy medication or just felt resigned to her fate; that's how off-putting her "demeanor" was. I've never seen anything like it and I felt irritated at the extreme lack of customer service and ultimately very sad for her. Also, Days Inn should remind guests verbally, & by posting signs, to respect other guests by keeping their voices down after 10pm. We had people standing outside our door being very loud past 11pm & later.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. We were close to restaurants, Walmart, & CVS. It was a good value for the price and we were mostly there to sleep. I would say this location is good for budget conscious travelers with cars because it's @ 20 min from Disneyland and the beds were surprising comfortable, which usually matters most when you're traveling.

United States of AmericaWe stayed two days, tv didn't work. Not even basic channels came in to check the weather. The maid was RUDE, I asked, just to make sure if check out time was 12 noon. And said yeah but don't wait till then, leave before. The nerve! They don't let you check in early but quick to kick you out. I had no problem with front desk (other than not being able to check in early) front desk staff was decent enough.
